Location is very good. Breakfast perfect. Fresh water at our disposal anytime the day is perfect. Room very big and perfect I would recommend to light the swimming pool for kids when dark is coming

The staff is AMAZING. It's a pleasure staying in a place with such wonderful staff. Love the layout of the hotel, open concept of the kitchen and free water and snacks 24/7. Breakfast is delicious. Location for walking or scooter is brilliant. Will be staying there for my 3rd time during my next visit. I had to leave.

Our second stay at iSilver. Good location, easy walking distance to old town but down a small soi so very quiet. Breakfast is provided, usually 3 or 4 Asian choices along with fruit, croissants, yogurt, etc.

The facilities were amazing, the staff was extremely helpful and so nice, the girls at the reception and breakfast area are the sweetest. The breakfast options varied per day and we loved that! Also the fact that they have water for guests and snacks all Day which are healthy (fruits, cookies, water, coffee) are a great extra! I highly recommend this hotel. The location is not the best but its not the worst either

Staff were very nice a great breakfast that continued all day. Our room was downstairs at the back of the hotel it was very gloomy, this was not the room we saw in the pictures when we booked the hotel, a lot of noise from the room above.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. Rooms were good sized and appreciated the amount of work the staff put into keeping the property clean.

Nice spot about a 10 minute walk to the Chiang Mai gate and the old city. Also only 2 blocks off the Saturday night “walking street” market. Lots of restaurants, food stalls, 7Eleven, ATMs, all within an easy walk. On a little side street so nice and quiet area. Decor is very simple and has an industrial feel. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included and a variety of choices each morning. Free water, coffee, tea and fruit during the day. Pool was a nice spot for a refreshing dip given 37C days. Pool towels provided. Staff was very pleasant and friendly to deal with and most speak a reasonable amount of English. Had an issue with AC in room assigned. They quickly moved us to a different room where AC worked fabulously. We would definitely stay here again. Some of the other guests were a bit noisy at night (quiet time 10 pm - 8 am). Seemed to be lots of foot traffic in hallways and slamming room doors. Hotel could maybe have better soundproofing between rooms - we had a neighbor who I think was on business calls at midnight that you could hear.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, a couple minutes walk from the start of the Saturday night market and about 15/20 minute walk from the Sunday night market and the inner city walls. Staff were so friendly and helpful as well! I also really liked the breakfast included and the free water bottles in reception! Nothing

Outstanding breakfast. One of the best of our 10 day trip of Lanna. Positive, energetic staff. Fantastic. Chiang Mai knows how to treat visitors. Exemplary. Didn't use the pool, but it was spotless and customers well catered-to. A little bit far to walk to Loi Crawl or Tha Pae gate. But doable. Nothing much bad to say about this hotel.

The staff at iSilver was excellent. They went out of their way to help and guide me and my wife during our stay. They were punctual to our travel needs and made our experience in Chang Mai much more enjoyable. The Hotel is conveniently located to the airport and most major attractions. In addition, it's located in a quiet area, so you don’t have to deal with all the crowd or road noise. A big plus for us during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. All around my stay at iSilver was excellent. The only challenge I experienced was the guest staying on the floor above us. The noise coming from the room at times was very annoying and a bit excessive. Again, this is unrelated to the hotel. I am sure if brought this to the hotels attention they would have moved us to another room. As matter of fact, during check in the hotel even asked if we had any issues they would move us to a new room.

Nice small hotel just outside the old town walls. It was pretty much as advertised. Room was spacious enough for two people, internet was working well, and location was walking distance from all points of interest we visited. It is not within the old town but we knew this and intentionally booked there - old town can get a bit hectic with tourists during the holidays, so this was a good alternative to where we stayed previously. Breakfast was good and varied with both Thai and Western food. Swimming pool was nice as well. Staff always available and friendly. No complaints, really.
