A Day Villa Chiangmai

- Cozy - Location - Valueable - There were only 2-3 parking lots

It is not that we didn't like it, just an information that breakfast is served from 8 am and is made for each guest separately (not a buffet)- if you go on a trip, you need to order takeaway, because most tours start between 8 and 8.30 am and it is not enough time to have breakfast. Otherwise breakfast is really amazing.

The room was cozy and well decorated. The room isn't very sound proof so it could get noisy.

I stayed here for two weeks in July 2025. Lanya and her team really made this place feel like home. As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated that Lanya took a personal interest in where I had been, what I had seen, and where I was going next. She was also able to answer my questions and make recommendations. I appreciated the special breakfasts every morning -- I always felt like breakfast was made with love -- A hot breakfast with fresh fruit prepared beautifully by the breakfast team. I always felt safe and welcome -- and the hotel is close to restaurants, temples, and shopping. A super value for the money.

Soft mattress Location Small room, no view except cleaning supplies, curtains old and and dysfunctional. No staff in office most of the time. Couldn't get toilet to flush strongly (room 1). It is NO Villa. I'll never stay here again... I can pay for much better accommodation Has to play with water speed to get hot shower

It's one of the best pet-friendly hotels in an awesome area of Chiang Mai, so relaxed and cozy, great spacious rooms, beautiful territory with a good swimming pool, we will definitely come back!

The room was super spacious and everything was clean and cute. The staff were super helpful with any inquiry we had. They helped us arrange a motorbike rental and were always super flexible with cleaning times. Entry and exit was very clear and easy. The location was fantastic - right in the middle of old town with easy walking to anywhere you wanted to go. We enjoyed the pool as well.

The shower and toilet are in the same room, so it's a little bit difficult to use after a shower. They also didn't provide any slippers for the balcony, which makes it inconvenient to use.

The beautiful guesthouse is located about 10 minutes from the Sunday night market, a supermarket (7/11) and isn’t far and there is many nice little cafes in the area. The host was very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. The only thing I can think of was that the bathroom didn’t have a window to open or any type of ventilation system, which made it an extremely humid place, especially after showering. For me, that still wouldn’t be a reason to not recommend the place!

the room was beautifully decorated in a mid century modern style. spacious and clean and with a large balcony. we wanted to stay longer! if aesthetics are important to you to feel cozy and comfortable like me, this is a great spot. no frills, just a great space.

Cute decorations, very beautiful , and location is the best. I felt like staying at my friend's house! Nothing!

Staff (Thank you Queen!) was so helpful and communicative. Room was beautiful and comfortable with private balcony. Location was great -- close enough to the city center where I could walk anywhere or flag down a taxi, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. A/C was very strong. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Shower wasn't super hot but that didn't really matter because it was hot outside.

It was clean and nicely decorated There was no hot water in our room and we couldn’t see anyone at the reception during our stay for 2days.
