I originally booked 1 night stayed 4 night. The location is great with walking distance to 3 different temples and bar and restaurants on same street. Pool small but with bar to order food from. Has restaurant for breakfast and dinners. Has gym if you need. Room confutable with plenty of power socket to charge items. I cant think of anything I would change.

Unfortunalelly nothing The cleanless score eas 9,4. But, the rooms were extremely dirty :( So, I had to cancel the reservation at the middke of the midnight and booked a room from a more qualified hotel right accross the street. I think, don’t be fooled by the ratings.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a wonderful Southeast Asian atmosphere. Only one bottle of water was provided per person each night. It would be great if there were a water dispenser

The place was kept really clean and the atmosphere during songkran was amazing. They really made you feel like you were at home with them. From start to finish we loved it here and would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff. Also perfect location, close to everything and the local fern cafe was gorgeous. Posing customers by the pool who think they instagram famous. ?

The staff at the pool and restaurant are very friendly. I didn’t like the layout of the bed; it’s very uncomfortable. It is also much lower in quality compared to the pictures.

Althought very beautiful, there is a serious issue when it comes to cleaning. You'd think the hotel is vacant and left alone for at least a year. I was surprised to find out the grand opening was only in 2019. It's unfortunate because the architecture and the buildings and the details of the rooms are lovely.

Not enough space around the pool and very few pool lounges

Little to love here but the staff were great Older, worn down, dirty and on a Main Street in a sad area of town. Pool area looks great in pics but is cold and tiny.

They have a restaurant in the property and the food is really good, which makes the overall experience even more comfortable and convenient. Definitely coming back when I’m in Chiang Mai again

Great location and facilities The room was a little small. Difficult to get around the bed to go to the toilet. We had to have the shower fixed as well.

No hot water during the entire stay. Lightbulbs malfunctioning

The location is excellent — right in the Old City yet still conveniently close to Nimman. The hotel staff were all very friendly, and the room was beautiful and spacious. The swimming pool was also lovely. You’ll need to wait a moment at check-out, as the hotel staff must inspect the room before you leave. Make sure to allow some extra time — it takes about five minutes.

It had a good feel to it. Beautiful entry. Pool only received sun in the morning/ early afternoon hours. The room we had did not have a dresser to put clothes in. It would have been nice to have a place to unpack the clothes.

Great location, Clean and spacious rooms, Friendly Staff. Sadly the pool doesn’t get much sun light (probably one sun lounger/ maybe 2 at a push in the sun during the day) & by 2:30pm it’s fully gone. The water is also extremely cold that it’s not enjoyable to get in.
