It was so much value for money. The room has everything we need, and they even accommodated our request for room slippers and toiletries. The room is really spacious, btw. I’d definitely recommend Icon Park. Nothing! :)

The staff was very friendly and delivered an iron very quickly, thank you! The shower never had hot water. It was lukewarm at best and often turned cold while taking a shower....in the morning and at night. I was also very disappointed that there were no outlets in the bathroom. That made it very hard to dry my hair and straighten my hair.

It’s right across from the Old City, but the side of the Old City it’s close to doesn’t have many shops or temples, so it’s about 20min walk to where the sites are. The front door staff are friendly. The hotel is poorly maintained and does not appear clean. As others noted, the bathroom floor has mold, the bathroom has foul sewage smell, linen and towels have old stain, windows are dirty, and there is a bar right outside that plays loud music till midnight. Two chairs on the patio are completely broken. Overall, it feels like the hotel needs some serious upgrades and more cleaning stuff to improve the cleanliness.

Great location amazing staff. Rooms were clean and great value, however the rooms did not have full length mirrors or outlets in the bathrooms.

The bathroom does have a strong sewage smell, but keeping the door closed solved this problem. So for people with sensitivity to smells, maybe choose another hotel or just keep the door closed throughout the day and night.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay. It’s conveniently located near the main stores and mall (with taxi). If you’re looking for a place to eat, the nearby all-you-can-eat gourmet restaurant is a must-try, it was delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The location was outstanding. Building/room was in okay shape for the cost. Hotel had great facilities. Hotel was fairly close to all areas of the city, about 20 min by walk. Plus there are many meal option nearby. Some linens were different shades of yellow, maybe it's time to take some linens out of circulation. There was a minor problem with ants in the room, sealing cracks would help.

Rooms are large, staff are great Horrible WiFi signal that kept buffering and disconnecting. Also whenever you logged in, a timer appears. What? Are they measuring how long your on the internet?

The staff were extremely knowledgable and helpful. Thank you Mesa for your professionalism and care for our happiness! The hotel is nice but the staff is what truly makes the hotel! well done! The water leaks from the shower to the other parts of the bathroom. You should seal the glass barrier with silicon.

Great location. Except the location everything was mid. The gym is very small, hot and only has three pairs of dumbbells. Quite inadequate for a hotel like this. The rooms have no windows and are very narrow. Unfortunately you don't get your money's worth.
