Lovely hotel and great view from the room we had I wouldn’t stay in the location again and staff sent a strange/rude message before arriving asking us whether we wanted the room or not the day before, or they’d give it away..?! We’d made the booking and paid so this was a bit strange. Also the only hotel I. Thailand that asked for a deposit which was just inconvenient when no one else does this

It was quiet area but convenient to everything The stairs as there was no elevator and after a long day walking stairs were not fun

I really enjoyed my stay at B Innspire hotel. From even before my stay, they were in contact with me regarding my time of arrival, they were preparing for my arrival. Once at the hotel, the staff is super friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange a few transfers for me to visit locations outside of town. I booked myself the room with a view which is totally worth it. I loved the room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was also big enough and good (and hot water in the shower!). So that was great. Even though the Thai heat is intense, I still need to take a hot shower at the end of the day. The location of the hotel was also convenient, next to one of the prettiest temple and walking distance from everything in the city centre. Also nice restaurants nearby om the main road. There was no elevator but the staff helped me to bring my luggage upon arrival and departure. So they know what the guests needs are :) There is no breakfast but you have bakeries and restaurants in a walking distance, as well as 7 eleven, so it wasnt even necessary to have the breakfast at the hotel. Poor natural light in the bedroom, not possible to have fresh air in the bedroom. Very simple installation. No view, not sure where the picture of the temple and the nature come from!

It’s right outside old city, a night market within walking distance. The rooms are oddly themed but beautiful. I recommend the queen deluxe, there is more room . This property is NOT for those with any kind of issue with stairs. There is no elevator and the stairs are rather steep.

Great place in a great location. Loved the view with the temple view. Thank you kindly to the reception team for accommodating and helping me out. When in Chiang Mai - great place to stay (2 minute walk from night food market -did all this food research and ended up having dinner there every night)

The location is nice and quiet. No elevator. Our room is on the 3rd floor which made it hard to carry our luggages.
