Jane's House

We were so welcomed by the host. She consistently had a smile on her face, remembered our names, was so happy to communicate with us, tidied the room daily and even left us some fresh fruit. Also, the room was large and it was in an excellent location. N/A

I literally loved everything about this place. Goi is the best host ever! It's seriously the best guest house I've stayed at in SEA. The room is super spacious, spotlessly clean (she even changes the decorative pillow cases every 2 days!), has tons of space to put all your things, it's decorated so nicely, she left me a New Year's present and had a tiny xmas tree for decoration, she just goes above and beyond any host I've ever dealt with. It's on a quiet street only a couple of blocks from an amazing street food market (nightly) there's a 7 Eleven and Lotus close by, plus everything else you need is very walkable from her place. It feels like a home, not just an another room. Like others say.....there are a lot of stairs if you're not on the 1st or 2nd floor. But she helps you with your luggage!

The owner was lovely. It was clean. It was very noisy.

Kohi (not sure of the spelling) was absolutely wonderful! She was very at tentative, and super friendly! My wife and I really enjoyed our conversations with her. She was also super helpful with helping us plan our outings. The location is very nice. It is on a street where there are a number of other hostels, and a person who can book excursions for you. A nice place to stay while in Chiang Mai. The room was very clean, and organized. Due to this being a small village, the accommodations while being comfortable, were somewhat dated. Do not expect a modern experience -- If that is not what you were expecting, then this is a very nice little inn. We enjoyed our stay.

The house and the room are absolutely clean, it was the first time ever I felt so good to walk barefoot in Thailand, where most guesthouses we remove our shoes. None

Great location and walking distance to Old Town, many temples, Goi (host) was wonderful giving recommendations and chatting along with giving us our send off ride to the airport. She’s so sweet and caring. Snacks and facilities provided for eating on site. There are only 2-3 rooms ever booked at one time so that care can be given to all guests there. We stayed during the lantern festival so it was on the louder side with the amazing location and proximity to festivities. I’m sure it would be on the quieter side during other times of year.

Truly a hidden Gem! The property was very clean and the place was beautiful. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. They even gave us a ride to the airport when we couldn’t find a Tuk tuk. The street it’s on also has a variety of places to grab a bite or drink. I would stay here again. 5/5
