Hotel is on a main road, and the windows are open with a slit, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. They need to add sound proof Windows, otherwise your holiday will be ruined

The facility is old but clean and functional. It’s good to the price and location. Close to airport and provide breakfast is exactly what we are looking for in the first 2 days in Chiangmai. The hotel manager is really nice and helpful. He offers help beyond his responsibilities. Very good experience staying there with a toddler.

Great location just outside of old city walls. A short walk to silver temple and less than a 10 min cab to airport. Wuttichai made us feel very welcome and gave great advice on where to go. We also arranged tickets for a Muay Thai event thru the hotel that was a very fun evening. Earplugs would be a good idea as there’s a little traffic noise in the mornings like a lot of Thailand :) free laundry service was a great bonus!

Location was good, short walk to the old town. Decor in lobby was really cool and staff were friendly Our room (303) was so dark, even with all lights on and curtains pulled back it made the room feel quite dingy. Our mattress had collapsed so it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. We only managed to sleep there for 2 nights out of the 4 as we found somewhere else to stay

I love how clean the room is. The staff are very nice and friendly. I love the food. I love that the location is very convenient and close to the Old Town. Although it’s conveniently located just outside the Old Town with the best Ribs place nearby, it can also get noisy in the middle of the night because of the cars passing by especially ambulances and the road construction.

Not much really. Friendly staff. Location ok Room was super dark, no daylight even the room had balcony but the walls were blocking the light. Noise from the street.

The property is really good and cosy. It gives a feel like home. It provides good wifi. Room is pretty spacious and clean. Although there are not too much options in breakfast but it's manageable. The best part is everything is is near and equidistant from the property like Saturday and Sunday streets, temples etc. Nothing as such.

It was a quiet environment with a balcony, the breakfast was delicious, and most of all the staff were very kind. I have no complaints

The property was beautifully presented. It was clean, quiet and welcoming. The decor was pretty and not overdone. Shower pressure not so good but can live with that.
