Great location that near to Chiang Mai gate, 0.8km. Basic toiletries and lockers are provided. Not well maintained, fittings are old.

Everything was fine for a one night stay. It’s kinda outdated, but who cares for one night. It was decent enough. Had a hair dryer!

Location was good inside the oldtown and near a night market Bed was solid as a rock, couldn’t sleep here. AC and fan were really loud. Place was dirty, bathrooms had hair and dirt on the floors and never had toilet paper. Cleaners came in to ‘clean’ the room which was just to mop with a dirty old mop and spray air freshener.

The lady who takes care of the hostel was very friendly and helpful with my request for ways to avoid mosquitoes, due to my allergy I stayed in a female room with fan and air conditioning, in general it is a calm, peaceful and clean place. Safe location the bed was very hard. Eating or drinking was not allowed in the living area inside the building, only in the outside area and in the rooms.

really good place to stay in Chiang Mai, inside the old town and the location here is just the best possible, very close to both Saturday and Sunday night markets, there is a nice park in few minutes of walk as well, 7/11 and a laundromat. The hostel is very clean and comfy, with a nice chill area and good people. i definitely like to come back here.

Room was great (did the private). Really nice common room but doesn't allow any drink or food, which makes it limited.

Friendly staff Everything, the floor, bathroom toilets etc would have needed a good clean. Aside from that the beds were too hard. The matress was not only a bit on the hard side, it was just as hard as sleeping on plain wood or stone. I don't understand how this hostel got its fantastic rating. Yes the price is okay... But to be fair you can get way better hostels for that price in Chiang Mai.

It is calm place and I slept very well there. Not in the city centre where the restaurants and bars are, but it is close (10 mins walking) Good atmosphere at the frontgarden Decent stay The room was promoted with a balcony, but it wasn't true, there is only window. Bathroom and the room was dirty, especially below bed. The door of the room cannot be locked from inside, which might be little bit uncomfortable. From the other side you lock the door by padlock.
