I didn't like I had to leave

The AC in the room sometimes doesn't cool properly and would turn off automatically, so we would wake up a little hot sometimes.

Beautiful grounds that are well maintained and charming with an old world feeling. Spacious rooms with super comfortable bed and perfect bathroom. The staff was exceptional and catered to our group making us feel very special. Nothing

We loved staying at the Pingvman hotel! The staff were truly amazing, they were so helpful and kind. They were always very attentive and helpful with any questions or needs. We loved how our room was decorated and the style of the hotel. The koi pond and pool is beautiful and we enjoyed watching the fish swim around while eating breakfast. There are lots of restaurants and things to do near by. We would recommend staying here for a nice relaxing hotel that is close to plenty of things to do in Chiang Mai!

The Pingviman Hotel was absolutely beautiful!! Loved the Old World Thai design. The rooms were huge and beds very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the Old City. We ended up having to leave early to meet family, but would have loved to stay longer Would have liked to be closer to center of Old Town, but priced accordingly

Very clean. Close to the airport. Good selection for breakfast items. Pool was a bit awkward to get into. Need more hand rails to get in and out and perhaps a shade cloth or 2 installed for afternoon swimming. Too hot to swim mid day

What's not to like. Beautiful room, pool and tasty breakfast. It is a traditional Thai styled hotel. Conveniently located and known by TUK-TUK and Grab Drivers. The staff are exceptional very professional, and kind. Needed to convert dollars to baht. They don't offer this service. I also needed to change a 1000 baht to 100, 50 and 20 baht. Was able to do it once but not for the rest of the weekend.

Everything Nothing

Beautiful Thai style property. The pigeons. Couldn’t eat breakfast outside as they were flying around and on the ground. If you choose not to have your room made up, clean towels etc it would be good to still have water, toilet roll put in your room.

Smallish hotel in central chang mai with nice pool and friendly staff. Much of pool area in shade and sun beds rather uncomfortable. 30 min walk or taxi to get to main sights and shopping.

Beautiful pool area, large room with lots of space. Good location. Not far from sites. We had hot water for 1/5 days of our stay. We told front desk on our first morning we did not have hot water. Day 2 still no hot water. Told front desk again. Day 3 no hot water. Sent a message via booking.com hotel message service. Was eventually told problem was fixed. Day 4 we finally had hot water. Day 5 and final day/morning no hot water. The water was not ice cold but there was no heated water. It was a cool shower 4/5 days.

Very good spacious room with comfortable bed, great spa bath and nice restaurant providing a good selection of food at breakfast.

Very friendly staff, nice place, good location More European food

This hotel felt like a very traditional Thai accommodation. Beautiful wood working, large rooms, peaceful setting. All the staff were incredibly friendly. It took us a couple days to really get a feel for Chiang Mia, and this hotel fit in perfectly. Nothing — all was good.

Great location and super friendly staff. The pool area is an inner courtyard and an amazing oasis from the sometimes chaotic scene on the streets.

a bit far from the center, breakfast was decent but fruit selection limited. we were almost always the last to be picked up for group tours due to the location of the hotel.

They cannot make American scrambled eggs to save their lives
