The property is as advertised and the all the staff was friendly and wonderful. I throughly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend. Would stay here again next time I’m in Chiang Mai

A bathroom fan would have made a huge improvement. The AC was a little weak.

Nice room overall, comfy bed, nice big shower, great position, comfortable temperature. There is no actual breakfast served (we knew that, so we weren't expecting anything), but they did offer coffee, fruits and other snacks in the morning anyway, which was nice If I have to find something, I would say the room is a bit dark

I liked the pool very much. It was also quiet which was appreciated. The A/C was good. The room was very dark - only one window that opens into an outside area that gets no sun. The toilet ran and ran and there was little to be done about it until they cleaned the room and somehow fixed that.

The location was excellent! It was your basic room but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. There’s really nothing I didn’t like. The staff was amazing. They provided laundry service which was super helpful also.

Staff is nice. Rooms are clean . Hotel rooms are a little noisy .We heard the guest from our next room using toilet after midnight. We heard ones who stayed at the upper floor walking after midnight too. The wall and floor are maybe too thin.

Very comfortable, clean, good location, they gave us some food for breakfast even when the breakfast was not included. They stored us the bags until the check in time. The check in was on time. The staff was very friendly. The place is quiet and calm. It would be good that the property has restaurant. When they house-kipped the room, they did not clean it completely

The staff was very kind, the room wasn't very big, but it was comfortable. However, the bathroom was very big and I loved that. The breakfast was continental, so just fine to eat a little something before heading to any day trip or excursion. Since there's so much to do in Chiang Mai, I didn't have the chance to use the pool, but I'm pretty sure it's fine.
