-Limited places to hang clothes or anything -Shower curtain is terrible

Enjoyed my stay very much. Staff was super helpful. A couple language hiccups but no worries. Breakfast was great with good choices. Location is wonderful. Can be a bit of a walk for some but was perfect for me. Would stay again. Small beds. Would prefer a larger bed. Wouldn’t mind a light robe, especially when you want to do laundry.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet street of the Old Town, it was so accessible for everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was lovely and made to order each day. Our room was quite small but it was homely, beds were comfy and it had the best shower! The housekeeping staff did an amazing job whenever we requested our room to be cleaned. We loved staying here. The pool was quite cold but it didn't deter us from going in everyday.

Great location! It was quiet and the beds were comfortable!

Location, staff, general comfort and style of the hotel
-
Great location (although it did not seem so when we initially got there), off to a relatively quiet back street, very safe area. The employees are #1, the rooms are a good size with tiny patio and they have excellent breakfast. Nothing!
-
Stayed twice. Room was quite small the first time and quite lovely the second time!

Cheerful and comfortable

It was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was wonderful and the coffee was delicious!
-
The location Some rooms are incredibly tight Breakfast menu can seem a bit limiting for longer stays k

Good spacious room, wonderful breakfast. Great location. Friendly staff The balcony is very small (can not change, can not make it bigger). There are very few racks to hang clothes.

Pastell was just perfect. In the Old City but down a smaller street so quiet and felt like a bit of an escape. Would definitely come back again!
-
Cleanliness, particularly of the bathroom was disappointing. Shower curtain appeared to have mildew and there was a need to run the air purifier to make the odor better.
-
Simplicity, cleanliness, staff so accommodating. The location was great. The breakfast was cooked to order. I would definitely return.
-
Staff is friendly and professional. I always felt taken care of. Thank you.

The hotel was located in a small alleyway but was very accessible, even with a big van. The staff were very friendly and offered drinks upon arrival. Check-in and checkout process very smooth. The room had very cute design but downside is just that the rooms were a bit small so it was cramp to fit in multiple luggage. The breakfast consisted of 3 different set (mainly bread, salad, egg) and buffet, which was for free and it was great too! Probably the best bread i had in Thailand. There is a cafe on the ground floor as well (which is where the breakfast is served). and their drinks are great! Would definitely stay here again! Room a bit small so be mindful when booking if you have many luggage!

The bed was comfortable, the toiletries supplies were very nice, extra toilet paper was very useful and generous, good size tv, furnishings and design of the room is very pretty. Comfy pillows. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a little confusing, would be nice to have a simple menu printed out with the options rather than signs spread out everywhere. There was mould in the shower.

Nice place to stay, close from everything. The room was big and very comfortable.

Rooms are pretty special, we loved the decoration, the sloppy ceiling and the curved shower. Very nice design. There is a wire on the balcony, pull it and use the hook on opposite wall, then you can dry your clothes/ bath suits. Breakfast was ok Beautiful entrance and lobby Not far is a 7/11 convenience store Behind the hotel, in the same alley, there is a nice and simple restaurant, sorry doesn't recall the name. Location is a bit far from Sunday market, but ok if you like to walk Be aware the safety box is above the fridge, which heat everything you put in the safety box, telephones, ipad... The swimming pool was a bit cold, well for us and it can be a bit too noisy when people enjoy the pool while your room has a view on it. We rented this place for the pool but finally enjoyed it once.
