Location Walls needed painting, floors needed maintenance, bath curtain needs to be replaced.

Loved the Mountain View room we upgraded to for 3 nights. Not a fan of the standard older room (no Mountain View room) that we had the last night (Mountain View unavailable that night) .. it was a bit dirty (windows, spider web above sink in bathroom).. this room has not been renovated like the Mountain View King room.

I had a wonderful stay at 3Laan House Hotel. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout my visit. Great location—peaceful but still close to everything. Highly recommended!

Location, cleanliness The steps, room was dark, bathroom way too dark, water pressure.

No elevator, so lug your own luggage up (as no receptionist on duty upon arrival) really dangerous stairs. The room was very small, no chair, no table, nowhere to your bag other than the floor. Exhaust fan not functioning in bathroom, you know what that means! Bathroom lighting poor. Sliding door lock to balcony no functioning and of course no seats on the balcony. Poor value for the cost.

They have daily cleaning available. The receptionist is a nice guy There’s two massage places on both sides of the hotel. I went to the left one, very good. And the host was very sweet. There’s a small common area that I would eat sometimes when I ordered grab. I enjoyed having the view. It was nice. You can go on the balcony. Clean daily towels and water. The bathroom is dark - all black tiled in my bathroom but the positive is that when I would come back to a very hot room because once you take the key the air conditioner shuts off and the room faces the sun and gets lots of it. The bathroom would be cool! It does cool down very quickly when you put the ac on. When you use the sink, the water would drip on the floor from beneath the sink.

The bed was terrible. There were no chairs at the balcony, no bedside table and no small lamp.

Firstly, I really like their hotel room and location. The room was comfortable and clean. You can reach 7/11, money exchange, bar and massage around nearby. Staff also really friendly. They provided free coffee and some fruit in the lobby. I will stay again this hotel. Sometimes, Toilet paper and tissue paper were run out. You need to request in the reception. It will be better if they provide each two things in the rooms.

You must to choose this hotel if you want to stay nothing worry about location to go tourist attractions place and comfort room. The staff also friendly and helpful. There is no lift and the room is a bit dark.
