The owner was very helpful in getting a private driver for a day trip to different activities and helped us book our trip to an elephant sanctuary. The room was fairly spacious for the 2 of us and it was centrally located for all the great restaurants! A light wasn’t working and they said they’d fix it the same day we checked in, but it never got fixed. The bed was also quite firm! There was an ants/bugs problem, so it was hard to keep our travel snacks safe (we threw away the bag holding the snacks since ants were all over it). There’s also 2 doors on opposite sides of the room and 1 couldn’t fully lock, so I didn’t feel very secured. It wasn’t too bad! The nice staff made up for it.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were so kind, and the location was right in the heart of the city. We booked a shared room and even got the whole place to ourselves all week gratis! Fealt like a very friendly place :) There were a few ants around in the room and bathroom, and no bathroom trash can.

Location and nearest laundry It’s not the same room I have booked on the site - instead of twin room I got dark room with 2 bulk beds. The staff were trying to make me think I booked exactly this room by myself, but I had no this option at all and I booked normal twin room ? It wasn’t comfortable to stay in the hostel. Ac was leaking. The cutting board in the kitchen is black from fungus. Small ants are in the rooms of hostel.

Our stay was great! We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast — there were waffles, fresh fruit, salad, bread, coffee, and every day a different traditional Thai dish. The lady at the reception was very friendly and also an amazing cook. Although there wasn’t a table in the room for us to work, we used the breakfast area and had no issues. Cold drinking water was also available at all times. One day we had to leave really early and she kindly prepared breakfast for us before the usual time. That was a really nice touch. The location was also excellent. We found the pillows a bit too firm, but the bed itself was comfortable for our taste. The bathroom could use a better drain placement — the current one was a bit far from the shower, which caused some minor flooding when we used it.

Great value, location in the southwest area of Chiang Mai Old City is convenient, friendly staff and simple but clean room. Bathroom could be cleaner, and breakfast choices more varied. Aircon in our room was noisy.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easy to communicate with. The place was quiet and clean. The breakfast included in our stay was very good. I enjoyed my stay very much. I’d definitely recommend and I’d be back if ever in Chiang Mai again. There isn’t much that we would change. Maybe suggesting large lockers in the dorm rooms for baggage. Although they did let you store it in the office, but wouldn’t want to leave it there all day as sometimes they step away from their desk for obvious reasons.

Best breakfast I've had in a hotel in South East Asia so far. Simply outstanding. The girl at reception is so kind and nice. Room with private bathroom is simple but exactly what you need and pay for. Location is perfect. Nothing, everything was as expected.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful! You can book a bus or tours right at the front desk. The dorm beds creek a lot.

I liked the location very easy to walk to main area just walk straight and the turn left and you there. Many restaurants near by and muay thai gym near by. I liked the room and bathroom. The only thing I did not like was the noise. My room was near or near the kitchen and they wake up very early and make lots of noise also you're next to a restaurant and they also make noise but polite staff
