Great location in the Old City and kind staff. They have coin operated laundry on site that is very useful. We got an interior room that only had a small window in the bathroom, so it was quite dark in the room. Furnishings are rather old but everything was clean. It’s a large space that caters to a lot of people. Downstairs is similarly a bit dreary. Be sure to get a room with a window.

good value for money and I could walk everywhere. my room was directly next to the cleaners store room, so I was woken up every morning at around 6:30am to the sounds of the cleaner. I had earplugs so I could use them and go back to sleep. sleeps important to me.

The bed was comfy. The room was big enough but the facilities like the showerhead was bursting water through fault holes in it and the drain pipe was choked that water collect very quickly and stay there for a long time. The hotel didn't honour the earlier booking price which was confirmed months ago. Instead, they asked that I cancel my original booking and to pay the higher prices (more than 57% increase). There was no warning of this price hike before I travelled there. If there is, I could have decided to go to another hotel. I was caught by this dishonest and unethical practice by the hotel. Booking.com didn't help me too. I made a charge against the hotel but Booking.com incredulously asked the hotel to review if the prices charged were correct. Naturally, the hotel said it was in order. I couldn't believe Booking.com didn't step in to stop the dishonest act. Worse, it let the dishonest merchant be the judge and jury. How then does Booking.com protect the interests of it's customers? Incredulous and ineffectual.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's good value for money. The room and bathroom are decent size and clean. It's inside Chiang Mai old town and very close to the airport. The bed wasn't as comfortable but still decent.

The beds are super comfy, good size room for four of us. Staff are friendly and helpful! Toiletries and bottles of water were refreshed each day. Plug sockets were limited so all had to take turns charging devices.

They gave us the ground floor room which we are really thankful, after walking through the whole sunday night market, I wouldn’t want to climb any flights of stairs. The room didn’t have any electric kettle, hair drier and ironing set. I did request before the trip if we could borrow the iron, and they said they dont have it but you could use their service with a charge. So, we end up bringing our own iron.
