The reception staff were very friendly. But did not explain that there was a cafe attached to hotel for breakfast. A bit far away from the centre but very convenient for the train and we arrived at 4am so lovely to have our accommodation waiting for us. Quiet as well.

Close to train and we arrived at 4am so perfect. Room was clean and we were happy with it. Very quiet. No road noise slept well. Helpfully reception staff. No one mentioned the breakfast option at check in. We arrived at 4am but had to pay full price for room. Half an hour out of town. Can access til tiki at train station most nights Although there are some bars a few minutes walk frequented by locals who were welcoming.

Excellent place to stay, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the station. Good place to eat at the station at very reasonable prices. would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay before or after your train journey. Also good if you don't want to stay in the middle of town as it's less than half an hours walking distance to the river. nothing, it was perfect for our needs!

Close to railway station after a journey by train from Bangkok Adequate breakfast and very cheap Receptionist very helpful in organising a transfer to Mae Salong who actually stayed local to us and took us all over the north at a recent price Nothing

This is a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel adjacent to the railway station, it is a little out of town but does not suffer because of that as the main areas are just 5 m8nute away. Check in was simple, with friendly efficient staff and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Can’t ask for more really. Nothing not to like

The room was nice and quiet, very close to a 7/11 and the train station. They didn't cleaned the room properly. We had to ask 4 days in a row for them to clean the bathroom which is not normal ! And they only did it once ! Same for the shampoo and shower gel, we had to ask for it daily.

The room was spacious. The stuff was not very communicative and I did not feel welcomed as a guest. The room itself was okay but in my opinion it‘s not a good value for the price. The beds were hard and not comfortable.

close distance to the train station wi-fi didn't work, telephone didn't work, shower had no warm water. I found out the wifi is mounted inside my room, so after some tinkering with cables I managed to fix it bymyself.

Located next to the chiang mai train station so it fit perfectly for those arriving by train and doesn’t want to get robbed by night time local taxi. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious. Shower water pressure is too low.

Needed a place to stay for a few hours before my 12 hour train ride to BKK and this hotel definitely hit the spot. Very kind staff and good value for money! Bed was very hard ?
