Baiyoke Ciao Hotel

Location and comfortable bed. As I did an early check-in, I wanted to start to work from my room, but internet was not working. I called the reception 2 times, it was still the same. I took a nap, and wanted to work again around noon, no intrnet. I called the reception 2-3 times until I went downstairs and in person kindly ask for a solution. The lady was "frozen", didn't know to handle the situation at all. When I asked to switch to a new room, she said there is no available one. After a help of another staff, reseting router, still nothing. After almost an hour she suggested a new room. Oh wow, now they have it! She obviously lied. I switched to a new room, internet was working, but really really bad. Too much effort and unprofessional staff who even lies to a guest. Never again in this hotel.

The room is big with a pantry and equipments that you can cook There is limited parking spaces.

Centrally located. Easy access to popular places to eat, shop. Housekeeping staff very quick and accommodating. Hot water in bathroom inconsistent. Reception staff always on the phone.

Central location. Walking distance. Not noisy. We are staying 3 more nights but paid much higher for this first single night, though separate booking.

We had the "family room" which was two rooms (each with their own bathroom) connected by a living room/kitchen. It was so spacious and wonderful. There were large windows with black out curtains. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great for a small fee. We were given to keys which was very convenient. The location was prime- so many restaurants, massage places, 7-eleven, etc accessible walking distance and many sidewalks. Laundry was by item in the hotel but the desk informed me of a laundry place a building over that was very inexpensive by weight. I really appreciated the space and prime location and helpful staff. There were a few minor things like the ac dripped a small amount of water and one ac made a clicking noise sometimes but overall, it was excellent!

Hotel is aged, room is big but sofa is super small and dent. TV is mini size , bathroom light is very dim, towels are spotty and dirty. I have to buy my own towels. Pillows are too soft maybe using a long time no change.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great and convenient.

Great location, good beds, great value for money. Right under the airport, loud airplanes flying over all night.

Nice big suit with 2 balconies, fridge. Bathroom has a bath. Good AC and WiFi. Nice place to stay, next to good local restaurants, laundry room, bars, 7 eleven, pharmacy. Bathroom, actually bath, could be cleaner. Its annoying with hot water as its constantly disappear, while showering.

Very big room and very big bed, with separate kitchen and bathroom. Nice! Very basic service and slow internet

Very big room. Location is perfect. Have parking space. Bed a bit too hard. Can hear noise from street.

I did not have breakfast there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed is very hard. And the wifi in my room was slow and frequently cut out.

Amazing location, friendly staff, room was spacious and great for short or longer term.

When booking my room I didn't have a choice to select breakfast so it was extra but because of its location it wasn't required The stove is very old didn't trust to use it
