It is a very elegant and comfortable place to stay. I liked the design of the hotel facilities and the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the open air restaurant had so many breakfast and diner choices. Very close to a lively area of town with many other food choices. Planes landing and taking off went by very low and were somewhat noisy during the day but absent at night.

Location and kind staff, spacious for one bedroom and studio there were big in size and had a washing machine in the one bedroom and big fridge.. good for families as the guests were calm Over looking the mountains if you request so Close to airport Didnt have a spa but u can get a massage in the room 24 hrs Was not clean enough.. furniture seemed very used and old The balcony is too small for a smooker

Everything: the efficient professionalism and helpfulness of the staff, without exception: at the reception desk, in the restaurant, at the doors, in the exercise room; the pleasantness of the spaces -- roomy, airy, not crowded. The rooms -- everything we needed, our request for a higher floor in the main building with a view of the mountains was fulfilled. Everything works well, very efficiently, and with a pleasant, unpressured, unpretentious atmosphere. The broad selection of food at breakfast was excellent, and the dinners we had (2) were very good too. Can't think of anything.

Breakfast were mainly cooked meals, bread/toast, some fruits. But not really very much variety. Rooms big, little bit outdated, but ok. Nice gym, nice pool. Staff tremendous. Was ok, little bit out of the center. But restaurants and shops in walking distance. Good restaurant nearby: „So Good Thai Restsurant“ 150m to walk.

Location is verey good and the ammenities that Kantary has close to the main Hotel is very nice, the coffee shops, bars, etc, all Kantary owned. Nice. This trip the breakfast was not great due to renovations in the main restaurant where breakfast buffet is served, i think.

We happened to visit during songkran and we were upgraded and the room was very nice. The location was perfect for us since it wasn't in the old town so we didn't have to worry about the traffic from the holiday.

The location was awesome. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. The beds were a hard for my liking.

Proximity to the fun Nimman area. Walking distance. Rooms were clean, comfortable and had most amenities if you like a kitchen, balcony and nice seating area. Lovely view of the hills. Pools were great for lap swimming. Gym was decent with some pretty well maintained machines, cardio equip, free weights and stretch area. It’s a large hotel so, easy to feel privacy. It was odd that the room had a rice cooker but no toaster, a space for a washer but no washer, and no wash clothes only face towels. Also, the gym offered no sweat towels, only beach towels. Breakfast buffet was adequate but dull.

Fantastic breakfast, locations, restaurant nearby, near airport. nothing to dislike, except the aircon in my the rooms is noisy.

amazing customer service and exceptionally clean. every staff member is extremely polite great location bed a little firm for me but I understand that's a personal preference
