Only about the elevator that will start on the 2nd floor, not the first floor, and stop on the alternative floors, not every floor. So, if anyone plans to stay here for a long time with very large luggage, this hotel is not suitable for that. Hot showers are provided; however, it was not that easy to control the temperature. Either extremely hot or cold; difficult to maintain the balance of temperature. The room was not soundproof. If you have a sleeping problem, you need to consider having earplugs.

Quaint hotel, service staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and taken care of Frequent flights and noise related to that. Since the hotel is closer to the airport. Would suggest sound proof windows in the future

Absolutely a beautiful place with all the antiques in the rooms and in the common areas. Wonderful breakfast and staff. None noted.

No. 1 - Location No. 2 - Breakfast (good quality and variety of food) No. 3 - They tried to follow my request to stay next to my friend’s room. Thus, I was upgraded to suite instead. Slippers in the room would be nice. Since it’s winter, the floor is so cold.

I was pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a more spacious room without even asking! While the design is somewhat dated, it still provided all the comfort and cleanliness you’d expect. The hotel’s location in a vibrant yet quiet area was perfect for enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep during the bustling Songkran festivities, with easy access to nearby shopping centers when needed. However, the highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast buffet. It was simply unparalleled—offering a spread more delightful and extensive than any I’ve experienced in even the most upscale hotels. An absolute feast that was a joy to indulge in!

The hotel was located very close to Nimman Road. The amenities were nice too. However, the room provided to us was not exactly the one shown in the picture. Nevertheless, it was a clean, spacious room.

warm welcoming, perfect breakfast (comprising of not only middle-Thai and Northern Thai food, but also international food like noodles or American breakfast was provided ) from their personal cafe, Fortunately, our room was upgraded since all twin rooms were fully occupied. But the new room was so comfy and spacious. nope
