The private room that we booked didn't have a proper solid door to the bathroom - there was only a material curtain. It might be a problem but it wasn't for us. Also, lack of proper shelves in the bathroom - just small single one, not enough for more toiletteries.

Very quiet, clean and professional.

Excellent value and clean linens. Great overall care for the property and everything worked well. Short walk to temples and sites. Shoes off above the ground floor so don't forget some slippers ? Location is on a somewhat busy street, but nighttime noise was not noticeable. Shared kitchen/living and bathroom areas were open to the outside, so there were some mosquitoes.

The location is great for exploring Chiang Mai. The beds were comfortable. The value was great! The en-suite shower required the owner to explain how it worked. There was no sink in the bathroom.

The hostel is well located; just behind the Wat Phra Singh Waramahavihan, which is one of the most beautiful and big temples in Chiang Mai. The room is big, comfortable, very clean. Nice showers with a powerful hot water. In the kitchen you can have a coffee and cookies for breakfast. The staff is very kind, available and they let you feel like home. Thank you for everything!!

The decor is modern and nice, comfortable and safe. Good location. The staff cannot speak english.

Bed in town is a charming guesthouse with comfortable beds and clean facilities. It is fairly centrally located and surprisingly quiet.
-
The only good thing is the location. Our room was tiny and had no window. The walls are thin and we could hear people talking from other rooms even at midnight. If you want to take shower around 20:00-22:00 it’s impossible because there are a lot of people and the water is cold. The owner and staff was not the friendliest. Too expensive for what it is offered.

We stayed five nights and really grew to feel at home. The 6-bed room was great for our family and we didn’t mind the setup of the shared bathroom facilities. A supremely convenient location, but also on more of a “main” street, so some street noise (mostly scooters) throughout the night, getting fairly heavy by about 06:30 (with roosters too). Overall a great place that met our needs, but not for sleeping in.

Best shower I had in Chiang Mai so far. ‘Grandma’ is very helpful and polite, even though she doesn’t speak English. She made me feel very welcome! -

Location was great! Very lovely decorated. On the arrival was very hard to communicate with check in, ladies in front didn't understand any English and I was communicating through phone with English speaking person, but it was a bit hard to hear him.

Decent beds for Thailand. Less stiff than most. Would stay again. Clean and the front desk woman is amazing
-
Really comfortable staying The staff doesn’t speak English, so is a little bit uncomfortable the communication as they can’t suggest places or help with tips for your stay there
