The owners were incredibly friendly and hospitable throughout my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed throughout my time at the hotel which made me feel right at home. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, so I had a great sleep while I was there! I found that the location was a little too far away from the main hub of where there was more going on in terms of restaurants and bars. This made it very quiet, but it was a quick taxi/Grab to the main hub. If you’re looking for a quieter location, this is your spot!

No soundproof doors and windows. The only downside of this hotel is that you can hear everything around you inside your room. For example I heard the alarm in the room next to me everyday at 7 am. Hope they solve this issue.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. It’s down a quiet road so night noise was minimal. The manager, “Tom” was so friendly and helpful, as was all the staff. She always went the extra mile to provide assistance and suggestions. The rooms were large and very clean. We appreciated the large refrigerator. Nothing

The staff were all so wonderful, helpful, and kind! <3 Breakfast was fantastic for it to be included! Delicious. There was no AC in the main sections so it was pretty hot hiking up and down four flights of stairs

Great oasis in Old Town! The owner and staff are excellent and provided a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Old Town. They were very helpful with things to do in the area and any car service needed or excursions. The breakfast was homemade and very good. We loved having fresh made eggs and delicious fruit, yogurt and a Thai option also daily.

The hotel is located in the old Chiang Mai, safe and quiet neighborhood. It is very peaceful and quiet at night, away from the bustling downtown. The temples are practically at every corner, needless to say the abundant restaurants nearby. Amongst anything we are impressed and very much appreciative to the warm hospitality given by the hotel staffs. From the check-in to the free breakfast to the check-out. The staffs went above and beyond to prepare breakfast for us when we left (5am). Early check-in for level 3 Genius and the room with the pagoda is truly amazing. Would stay again if we ever go back to CM. None.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great overview of what is near upon arrival and great recommendations of activities. Spotless rooms and a good breakfast. It's in a great location. There isn't an elevator, but it's not that big of a deal

Owners and staff pay attention to detail and know their clients. I would call it a boutique hotel and the owner, Kishore, greeted us, knew our itinerary, and helped arranging transport to the sites we wanted to see. He additionally recommended restaurants that we enjoyed.

The friendliness of the owner. He ‘s fantastic ,loves his life and is full of very helpful info , we would stay again. The fact that he and his staff were wonderful and most accommodating. In an unfamiliar area it’s nice to know someone has your back.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and pointed out some of the highlights of the area and some of the places where the locals go to get good food. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.
