BED Phrasingh Hotel - Adults Only

Although the room was small, it was designed in such a way as to feel a bit larger. We love the balcony. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and up-to-date. The best part of all was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Should we find ourselves since Chiang Mai again. I’m not a fan of cats. And although I understand that these were rescue cats, twice I saw a cat sitting on countertop where food is prepared or eaten from.

The property was in a fantastic location in Chiang Mai's old town. The main temples and activities are just a few steps from the hotel. The staff was very friendly, especially JD — what a wonderful staff. They were nothing bad with this hotel

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and many choices. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The pool was in the building across the street which was a minor discomfort. I would still book there again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and amazing breakfast. Every morning was a new taste of Thailand. No hot water at the sink but the shower had plenty of hot water. This is a minor issue.

Wonderful stay! The staff was so genuine, friendly and hospitable! The breakfast buffet is amazing! Great location. What makes this place so unique is the warm attentive staff. They treat you like family!

Service Location

This was my second stay, and everything was just as wonderful as the first time! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and spacious, and the bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. And of course — the three adorable little cats make the place even more special! I truly love BED. If it weren’t so often fully booked, I would absolutely choose to stay here every single time. The only minor thing I would mention is that the room had a slight musty smell and felt a bit humid at times. However, there seemed to be a dehumidifier or air purifier in the room, which definitely helped and was appreciated.

Staffs were friendly and truely helpful. I have been travelling many places, this hotel is awesome. Breakfast was delicious, provides free coffee, fruit, snacks, even instant noodles for midnight. If there is a laundry room that will be awesome.

Loved the property. Clean and great location. Best part were the staff, welcoming and lovely. Best service i have ever received at a hotel. Breakfast was some of the best where each day was something different and served mainly local delicacies rather than traditional western breakfasts

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but I’ve never felt such a strong sense of genuine hospitality before. The facilities were all in great condition. When the toilet accidentally got clogged, the staff responded immediately and fixed it quickly and professionally.

The staff at Bed Phrasingh were so friendly and helpful. They were incredibly attentive. The hotel was quaint and room perfect size. The beds were super comfortable. The staff provided wonderful local afternoon desserts and tea. Breakfast was also very good with many delicious choices. Staff was right there with us to attend to our every need. The hotel was in a great location to walk to dinner and stores. We were only at the location one night, but so glad we chose Bed Phrasingh! N/A

Nothing!

We had the best stay at BED! It was our favorite place we stayed at in all of Southeast Asia. The staff is SO kind and helpful! They were always checking in, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We loved the cold water bottles on every floor and the special Thai breakfast options, along with some traditional choices. Highly recommend trying what they have each day, especially if it's something you can't get at home! Everything was delicious. We didn't go in the pool, but it looked nice and clean (and not busy) each time we saw it. Our room also had space for us to lay out our suitcases. The patio was awesome, and you're so close to town. The only time we used Grab was to go to the airport. Everywhere else we just walked! Can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! Nothing - we had a fantastic stay!
