The staff was so helpful from tips on where to go, to making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect! Great walking distance to a lot of temples , spa’s, coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Honestly I would want to stay here again. Also, they will hold your luggage prior to your stay and after your stay if your flight lands early or leaves late. It’s a short distance from the airport. But we’ll take him into consideration if there’s any festivals going on that it may take longer than the regular about 12 to 15 minutes. We dropped our laundry off and they had it done by the next morning. They made us stay smooth and efficient!

Requested a large bed was told to push two twin beds together. We did push the beds together but not very confortable and kept sliding apart. Ended up sleeping in one twin bed. Was also charged extra at check out.

Great location, staff was super friendly. I ran into some issues and had to keep extending and stayed in 4 different rooms at the hotel and they were all super clean and comfortable.

Clean. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. Very easy to get a Grab from. Close to supermarket and laundrette. Great location for pickup for activities. School opposite can be quite loud in mornings if the room is facing the front road. Busy road on market night also. Hand towels smelled funny and mattress was on the floor.

The location is GREAT. You’re in the old city and close to a lot of things. The staff was super friendly and made check-in/check out easy. Also great value for a private room. My only gripe with the place was how much wear/tear the room had plus it was not very clean. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean but the rest of the place wasn’t so much. Can’t complain for the price I suppose.

Beautifully designed, clean, and with a really calm and cozy vibe. The staff were so warm and helpful, and the location was perfect- in the Old Town, close to temples, cafés, and markets. The private room felt boutique-level comfortable. I expected it to be a bit more social, but it turned out to be more of a quiet, peaceful place - which still worked out well for the reflective part of my trip.

I really enjoyed staying here, the workers were lovely. Only issue is when we arrived we found ants in our room but they immediately let us switch rooms when we asked and had no problems going forward. Room was lovely and spacious, near everything we needed and provided coffee and tea in the mornings.
