Lush grounds, lovely staff 24/7, surprisingly nice pool area, well located to a convention I was attending, and an easy walk to the north side of the Old City.

The pool was fantastic! The staff were attentive and ran a very tight ship. Daily cleaning every day for a nine night stay was incredible Everything was great

It has a nice saltwater pool, the staff is friendly and there is a restaurant serving all day, a large western breakfast is about $5. About a 5 min walk from the north gate of old town. There’s a laundry place, NP Laundry, just 5 min walk away. Our bathroom had a strong odor like sewer gas.

The pool is great My room didn’t have a hairdryer and lacked electrical outlets. It’s not a huge problem but could be if you needed to charge multiple things over night

Great location if you have transport. Lovely pool area. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Nothing - just please ask the cleaners to not chatter so loudly really early in the morning!

The pool was ample and had plenty of place for sunbathing. I found there to be a smell of cleaning products that were so overwhelming we couldn’t stay in the room. Beds and pillows hard, a bit run down I would say. The location leads out to a busy street which I didn’t like.

Honestly I was very happy with their most basic room. The bathroom was rather small, but the room itself was very spacious. The best part of my stay was the pool and their food which was not only very delicious, but also very affordable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Might be a bit far from the Old Town center for some, depending on the method of transport.
