Good breakfast with a variety of options. Great location in the city center, convenient for traveling to tourist attractions. I don't really like the fact that there's a connecting door between the rooms, which makes me feel unsafe.

Location Unhelpful Staff & Excessive Wait Time. We waited at the front desk for an hour with zero communication other than being told the room was being cleaned. The staff did nothing to help or offer an alternative. We had to intervene and enter the room before housekeeping was finished.

It’s worth the value and free breakfast. Good view of the mountain. I wish they have the laundry room.

I don’t like the property. It’s condition is terrible. Very bad cleaning in room. Used slippers. Bad water in toilet.

Not much This hotel is run down and needs complete refurbishment. I was itching so much from sleeping in the bed. The first room I got had stains on the carpet and in the bathroom. I got a different room on the 2nd day, which was only slightly better. The whole complex is decayed and the gym is semi disfunctional. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The hotels location was very good for the surrounding entertainment The hotel is dated and needs a face lift. Water stains on the ceiling in the restaurant were off putting and questioned the cleanliness. There were cobwebs above the door to our room but the room itself was clean enough. The most off putting thing was the dirty brown water from the shower and hot water taps. This continued for the 2 days we stayed there. Apparently there was a pipe problem that had been sorted but we still had brown water. Overall, wouldn’t recommend this hotel unfortunately.

The breakfast was good. However, I would have liked bacon on the menu. The staff was helpful and interested in our stay.

The hotel is near nimman road . You can walk only 5 mins to nimman , Maya shopping mall. The price are ok This hotel quite old . Especially toilet and the bathtub. I smell the smoke in everywhere it's make me hard to sleep.
