Location is good, room is very simple and there is a sweet lady who prepares a breakfast dish that you request. There are no fruits available, there is not really a fresh buffet, just some breads and butter and jam. It was very expensive considering the service and the room and the overall state of the hotel. Overpriced. If it was 3 times as cheap it would be reasonable.

Staff were nice and always readily available. Bathroom and sheets were clean. Can’t ask for much more for the price :) Has a 7/11 and starbucks on the opposite side of the road. Was a good location for where my friends and I wanted to go to as it was in the middle. There was always so many ants in my room which was closest to the main road which can’t really be helped and also found ants in our kettle- left us unsettled but what can we do yk. Not that fussed.

Not much to be fair… the only good thing was the bed, quite comfy (except the pillows very thin and probably old). Staff was nice however communication was extremely hard due to them not speaking English and I don’t speak Thai. Can I say everything? Honestly I was really disappointed and was counting the minutes to leave. I just stayed there because I had already paid for it. When I first arrived, the bathroom smelled so bad, it was unbearable. Plus, we didn’t have cold water so our first shower was practically boiling water. We asked the staff to change rooms but they were fully booked so there wasn’t much they could do. They added some dried flowers to the bathroom as if that would make the sewage smell go away… Other than that, the room didn’t feel clean (especially the bathroom - which should be the cleanest part). This was the most expensive hotel me and my husband stayed throughout our 2 weeks in Thailand and the worst of them all. Would have preferred to stay in a hostel that here again. Do not recommend.

The bed was REALLY hard and my room was out to the way, where the window couldn’t properly, so it was hard to sleep for all the noise

Very friendly and helpful staff. Reception is open 24/7! We planned to stay for 2 nights, but we were enjoying Chiang Mai so much that we booked 2 extra nights at check out and another night after our trip to Pai, which was all fine. We did have to check out in order to get the new room though but that was understandable. Unfortunately this second room had a leaking air-conditioner but they helped us to another room and gave us complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. We could even leave our luggage there for the 3 days we were off to Pai, for no additional charge! The rooms are good and silent. No personal refrigerator in the rooms. Beds are hard but not harder than in other places. Self-service laundry available for a good price but not enough place/racks/hangers on the 5th floor to let it dry unfortunately..
