The place was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfy and we were given water every day. I'd get it again

The room was very hot in the day and only had an AC (that took a long time to cool the room and shut off when you took the key out). There was a very small table and clothes rack (that hung right over the table). The room got bright very early because the wall to the bathroom is part glass. No cover on the comforters.

The landlords’ hospitality was exceptional. They have an AC and hot shower with remarkable price for a long stay. There is a refrigerator on the first floor in common area where you can chill or freeze your food but I hadn’t brought any back because restaurants, cafes, and street food are nearby for anything fresh. The location is merely closed to tourists attractions by walking or riding. You can explore the old city by foot. It would take about an hour or two to circle around before getting back to the property. Will definitely make a visit when I get back to the city once again.

I made a reservation on behalf of my parents and they spoke very highly about how great the owners were; my parents really enjoyed their month stay at Hillda House. Taxi rides were also not required as most places were reachable by foot. I will definitely going to Hillda House on my next trip to Chiang Mai.

great value for the price, good location

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. I was glad they had a hot pot in the common area so I could make my morning coffee. It was a bit of a walk to other facilities, such as restaurants and 7-Eleven

We had an amazing time, we really recommend this place. The location was really good, 5 minute walk from a 7/eleven, nice restaurants and a good money exchange store. Everything was clean and tidy. The room, bed and bathroom were big. Pai (the owner) was the best, really kind, she help us with recommendations and show us everything. There was drinking water all the time. The wifi worked very good at reception downstairs but not always in the room. The bed was a little bite hard.

Enjoyed the price and location of this hotel! The room was comfortable and bright. This place is a great value! The bathroom had a strong sewage smell and no window to air it out. It was extremely unpleasant to go into the bathroom. Assuming this might have only been an issue with our room as I did not see it in many other reviews. Also wifi did not work during our stay in our room on the third floor.

The location is fantastic and the hosts are the kindest, most helpful people. I was there for almost 3 weeks and was working for a good amount of the time. There’s only a bed in the room, no chair/table and internet was a bit flaky. But for most people that’s probably a non issue and the hosts were constantly checking in on me and my needs, including the internet situation.

Love everything about this place. The owner is such a nice lady, she really cared for me! And the room smells and looks really good. The location is so comfortable, just like the bed. Really would recommend, and already have, to all my friends :)
