I cannot say enough good things about the Peaberry Boutique! Not only are the rooms clean and beautiful, it is also in a perfect location. I would be remiss to not mention the most wonderful part of this hotel — its staff. From the second we arrived, we were greeted with so much kindness. It made our stay in Chiang Mai all the more special. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️ p.s. there is a sweet resident cat named Luna, whom we adored. Nothing

The staff was excellent. We had been travelling for a few weeks before arriving in Chang Mai and the staff were extremely helpful and patient. They did a great job with our laundry and they helped us find cooking classes, a trip to an elephant farm and a car that drive us to Sukhothai. The lounge was lovely and came with a very cute cat.

Location was good on the outskirts of the old city. The staff were wonderful and helpful. The cafe downstairs was tasty, and you get a coupon for coffee and breakfast. The beds were hard as rocks. :-( We asked for mattress pads, but they only had a few, and it was uncomfortable. This was the only downside.

Very generous and kind staff with all smiles, makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Deluxe family room is next to the Main Street, so the bed near the front is a bit noisy.

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The location is perfect for exploring Chiang Mai, but what really makes it special is the staff. Sunisa went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience; she was incredibly proactive, reaching out with personalized recommendations for local attractions and marketplaces that aligned perfectly with my interests. Having a cute, friendly resident cat on the premises added such a warm, homey touch! Plus, having the cafe right next door for a delicious morning coffee and lunch was the ultimate convenience. Nothing, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient cafe. Sunisa is amazingly helpful! They provide so much complimentary bottled water. If I return to Chiang Mae I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was so lovely and helpful the room was quite spacious and we really enjoyed the bathtub. The mattress was very hard. HOWEVER, I found out after night three that I could get a mattress topper which made it just right. A suggestion for the team-let guests know during check in that toppers are available. The staff was so helpful once they knew I was suffering with the mattress.

Lovely staff. Nice coffee shop downstairs. Stable wifi for work calls. Room is spacious and clean. There's a cute cat hanging out in the cafe. The hotel is located on Chiang Mai's busiest road and therefore you always hear traffic noise (even with earplugs). I'm quite sensitive to that so unfortunately that kind of spoiled my stay...

It is super conveniently located!! Nicha is amazing - all the staff go above and beyond to welcome and help you! Have the cutest snuggly cat - Luna. Very adorable location with all amenities you need and cafe opens at 7am - which is great to get breakfast before a tour.

The water was abit cold at times but other than that it was exceptional

We got many travel plans from their suggestions, which were very helpful for us. And the meal at the coffee shop was fantastic. I think the walls of the room are not soundproof. Even people close their doors, we can still hear the sound.
