My first time in Chiang Mai. And I will never stay anywhere else. This place is PERFECT. The location is unbelievable. The staff are so lovely and so accommodating. I’ve had such a wonderful stay here.

clean , spacious , right next to the night markets, friendly staff :) pool water wasn’t clear but wasn’t interested in swimming

Nothing I like. Very bad. Aircon no cold and filter all dusty even though ask them to service but nothing done. Water pressure very weak. Can't even have a proper bath. The whole room is so hot and not even a fan and air con no cold at all.

The staff were amazing! Spoke basic English and were only too happy to help. The pool was lovely! Very happy they were able to accommodate my request for a softer bed and pillow though! If you're looking for an actual fitness centre, the gym here is not for you! I was hoping to do a workout, but there was no chance. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on rocks.

Staff helpful and friendly Too noisy especially early in the morning. Old style non fire proof doors allowed the slightest noise through. I was on the ground floor so lots of traffic thus every conversation was heard.

Not a lot, really expected much more for the price we paid, Have got much better hotels in Chiange Mai at half the price. No breakfast, we were told breakfast would start on 7th of November . Had to ask for shampoo and were told we could have 1 sachet of shampoo and 1 small bar of soap. No coffee or tea, no kettle .etc. Really disappointed with this booking.

Friendliness and cleanliness of the staff and property close to everything I enjoy as a solo Traveler I will always stay here while visiting the city. Need to include Fox News on TV channels little coffee packets would be nice to have every morning.
