The location is ideal, the reception team is very helpful and friendly, and the room was beautiful and functional. The pool was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job thoroughly cleaning the room every day and replenishing all amenities daily.

A very good hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. From the moment we arrived, they helped with our luggage and provided plenty of useful information about the local area. We traveled with a baby and the room was spacious for our family with plenty of space and a large comfortable bed. The location is quiet and great for exploring the old town on foot. They also provide free bicycles which are great for getting around town and exploring nearby attractions. After check-out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage free of charge. The swimming pool is also clean and large making it a great place to relax. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Some services were especially convenient, such as the free bike rental and the quick laundry service available on site. I also found the value for money to be excellent.

Stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The pool was honestly one of the best parts, very crystal clear and bigger than I expected, with enough space for several people to use comfortably without feeling crowded. Overall, it was a relaxing stay and really good value for the price.

Friendly & professional staff. Clean room with thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, and bottled water provided. The location is a real highlight, perfectly located to walk within Chiang Mai to most important temples. But at the same time, no noise at all that may disturb your rest. The pool was quite large for the size of the hotel and never feeling crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozytel. It has a very good location to reach everything by foot in the old town. The staff were really friendly and even let us check in early when we arrived 2 hours before official check in time. The rooms were also really nice and clean.

The best thing about this hotel was the location! Very central, walkable to many restaurants and sights. The walls were thin hence it was loud at nighttime-I could consistently hear the people from the room next to me. Daily housekeeping could be improved as I noticed lots of hair on the floor during my 3 day stay. The room was on the dim side due to lighting.

This was a large room, plenty of space, but a bit dated, the desk was in a dark corner, but it was available for use if needed. Bed was large and there was ample space in the room, the bathroom was also fine. The front desk is open at 7:30 AM and if you leave earlier you just leave the key in the room. It was nice and quiet there, too. It has a pool, but I dont think sun reaches it. Plenty of loungers were available. It did not have soft lighting options, but there were other options than ceiling lights, so I did appreciate that. Mainly not much to not like.

I accidentally left some belongings in the room after checking out, and they returned them to me right away. I was genuinely touched by their kindness.
