Great location. Staff were awesome friendly and helpful Only slight thing is if your a light sleeper you might here the bass from nearby night club. Air con drowned out the sound for me.

dear staffs n managers, thank you so much, we really enjoyed our one weeks stay. good service, laundry , tour, taxi, they have everything u needed. staff was so manner and super friendly, always help, my friend fall outside by herself, they help to clean the wound and give suggestion n help assess to nearby clinic n hospital . good environment and facility. Huge room with lots of storage, u don't even need a adopter for your own country charge, i bought one but never use. A cool restaurant with multiple SET EGG options, nice buffet , we sat near window everyday, my friend and my kid was so happy and so sorry to his messes. There is a fish pond and tiny pool with towel and spa. nothing

Clean, comfortable bed, and good location Misleading about the room. The photos appeared bright and the window looked much bigger. There was only one very small narrow window that did not open and the view was a wall. While some people may not mind, for me I did not like being in a dark box room on my first visit to the beautiful country of Thailand. They did let me stay in an upgraded room for 2 nights at no extra charge but then return to my room. Also, I paid for a breakfast ticket for the next morning after my arrival and was ill that day. When I asked to redeem it the following day, they denied.

Thailand is always exceptional with their hotels! Friendly staff, comes with breakfast, in the old town square, 10 minute walk to the morning and night market (South Gate, 20 min walk to the more local east market), very zen koi pond. I like to walk and this was a walkable part of town. It’s a busier part of town. If you’re not planning on going to the night markets and sleeping in by 9pm then this isn’t for you I know people who schedule morning tours: I’d probably book those further away from town so you won’t deal with the traffic and narrow roads otherwise you’d be the first picked up and last dropped off.

They serve a wonderful spread for breakfast - all included. There is also a restaurant right across from the hotel that wis excellent. They have a pool, but it's small and not a big one like you'd find at a major hotel. The towels were well-worn and could use replacing. It was super noisy from a club nearby that went all night, until 5 am. That was the worst thing.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt well taken care of. The morning breakfast was a fantastic buffet, with eggs cooked to order. I ordered the omelette and it was perfect every time. The hotel is in an ideal location in Old Town. Many wonderful restaurants close by. I was in room 307. This room is on the top floor at the end of the property. Normally this would be a great room, but not at De Nara. From my room I could hear a club down the street and those dude party HARD from midnight until 5:30 am. I had earplugs, but I could still hear the club and feel the base sometimes too. I could have requested a different room, but didn't. I wish I had. That said I will GLADLY stay at De Nara again, just in a different room. ?

The staff and room were excellent, there was very loud music from the place around the corner from midnight till 5 am, like a banging music not nice, but the hotel was so comfortable and location was great Location, outside seating, comfortable bed

All the staff were very friendly. I don't think there was ever a time that the same lovely lady wasn't at the ront desk! I don;t like hard beds and this was a very hard bed. Great though if you do like hard beds!
