Excellent location!!! Within walking distance of street markets and within old city Chiang Mai. Beautiful pool and breakfast area and the staff was all kind and wonderful!

I enjoyed the quiet garden ambiance. The room was clean and comfortable. The mattress was really firm but that’s how I like it. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed their coffee. Nice location in old town. My room was small with not much space to unpack and store my clothes. There is a definite need for more shelves or drawers. At times I would feel unorganized as I was always looking for something.

Several wonderful areas for lounging and sitting with friends. The bed was a little too hard for me. Cold items at breakfast were difficult to serve as nowhere to put the plate down and two hands needed - one to list cover and one to serve.

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and immaculate. Looked out into the garden with a terrace and had friendly cats hanging around. The garden area was spacious and there were so many different spots to sit and relax. A tranquil retreat within the old town. I would definitely come back. All good!

We had two double rooms with connected door, which was great for our family. There was no balcony though, which could be a nice addition... The staff was perfect, available, nice and helpful! The location is good within the old city, with a few small restaurants within walking distance, with good massage place and 7/11 right next door. The breakfast was OK, but could have a bit more vegetables and cheese selection.

Very difficult to get any rest because it was To noisy from other guests .. talking throughout the night .. how do you even seem like you could hear the laundry facility..

Good breakfast with fresh egg preparations and a buffet with a wide choice in thai or western dishes. The location was perfect if you want to stay the historical center although there was some music audible from nearby bars. The room was huge with good airco and clean. The mattress was quite hard which i prefer but could be an issue for people who prefer soft. We noticed one huge cockroach near the ground floor lift but it's in open air so unavoidable... At breakfast there was only coffee from a pot, i personally prefer a machine where you can get a capuccino or espresso. The breakfast seating area was partly outside next to the pool so the artificial grass carpet was sometimes wet. The tables and chairs were slightly outdated and not the most comfortable. Some of the bed linen was torn and slightly worn. Some music was audible from nearby bars but the aircon was one of the quietest we had throughout Thailand.

The staff were nice and courteous. The management was quick to respond when we complained about our room and moved us to another, which was more comfortable and quieter. The noise level from outside the hotel. It seemed to be a nightclub nearby.

It's a great hotel with beautiful grounds. There are many opportunities for photos just on the property. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a wide variety of items included. The staff are friendly and helpful too, especially the front desk staff member with the nickname "Nancy."

Large, comfortable and clean room. Good location within the old city, allowing us to walk everywhere of interest. Decent choices at breakfast - best was the selection of fresh fruit

This is a really nice hotel ideally located for easy walking around the old quarter within the city walls. Our room was large enough for our 5 night stay and we had a lovely veranda looking onto the gardens which was great to sit out on. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices and variety, also very tasty. I would recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Chiang Mai. The configuration of the pool area is a bit weird meaning that the seating area is very restricted with only 2 loungers and 4 chairs within the location. Additionally, there are no umbrellas meaning that there is no shade from approximately 1200 onwards at the pool.
