Good location The main receptionist lady has no facial expression.No friendly attitude but others are slight better than she.Unhygienic room and washroom.Congested room with fan.No ventilation.Also mosquito.We want to shift AC room but it’s in second floor.No elevator and we have big luggage.

no housekeeping during my stay, i’m not sure why!

I enjoyed realising that one day in the not to distant future, the toad lady known as 'mama' will die Mama is a road with a horrible attitude

The position, very close to main points of interest. Dark room, bad pressure in the shower, no soap for shower, staff not so polite, and no speaking English.

Quiet. Location. Good laundry service. No sunlight in the room.

Could improve with minor breakfast obtained from 7/11 1 min away along with coffee provided Could have been cleaner & less noise coming through the rooms

Have big cockroache in toilet

Location is perfect I had to ask to change my room cause mine was windowless in the middle of a corridor. Too expensive for what it’s worth. No aircon, small bathroom…
