The front desk manager was so helpful and friendly! All of the staff were lovely! There was nothing to dislike about this property! Wonderful management, incredibly clean, and they allowed us to remain in the lounge area upstairs and even watched our baggage before departing to the airport

Staff, pool (although it is in the shade and quite small- but it was nice to cool off after days of activities!), room was a perfect size for one person. Always had hot water and this is the best wifi I’ve had in all of Asia so far! Very quick walk to 711 and restaurants. The pool is small and in the shade (but I still used it every day)

I liked that it was in the Central old town Chiang Mai area. The breakfast was lack luster but still filling. The pool doesn't get warm really and isn't in the sun.

As I understood, the hotel is a family business. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is excellent – the entire old town is literally within walking distance. The organization of all excursions through the reception was simple and well arranged.

Owner and staff are super friendly and attentive. The pool is very small with only 4 loungers. But it really wasn’t a problem. We were able to relax whenever we wanted.

Lovely atmosphere & great location! There was no switch for 1 set of lights so if you wanted to leave the air con on while sleeping you also had to leave this light on & it was right over your head. Also, rooms weren't cleaned very well.
