Mai, Oat, Kham the entire staff are the BEST! Delicious made to order breakfast each day, even packed some to takeaway when we had a morning tour! Resort without the resort prices! We felt like family! Mai even made my birthday special with a cake and decorations! Loved it all!

The bed is very firm, and the door doesn’t seal completely which sometimes would allow mosquitoes in the room.

They have a driver that will drop you off at old town. It was very convenient. The hostess spoke very well in English. I hurt my back just before I came to Thailand, and the hostess was able to arrange a traveling masseuse to come to the hotel. It helped my back and made it easier to move around the city. Overall, choose this place! You won't be let down. Best place I've stayed in Thailand.

Incredible attentive staff, on the outskirts of town in an historic district, beautiful facility, large spotless rooms, great breakfast, free ride into Old City, electric golf cart for tooling around the neighbourhood, beautiful temples all over the area, great pool, Nothing

Owner was nice. Manager (Mai) was very helpful, welcoming and hospitable. Very thoughtful amenities - Free drinking water, free snacks (24Hrs), Customizable Breakfast - cooked freshly, free cutlery - 24 Hrs.balcony of the room. Bathroom could be better.

Great wonderful friendly staff. Nice cooked to order breakfast. Nice pool. Comfy bed. Smokers at breakfast. Noise from surrounding properties. Lots of kids running around. Small leak in ceiling of bathroom.

De Wiang Kum Kam is a great place, quietly located at the end of a small alley and surrounded by 500 year old temples and temple ruins. The staff is really helpful and try everything to make you feel at home. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the old town of Chiang Mai by scooter, which they rent out at the property. Bikes are also available. Breakfast has many options and the pool, although small is a great addition! The shower head kept moving while taking a shower

The family is extremely sweet and accomadating. They have a vehicle whch takes you 1 way to the destination of your choice.

Everything! Mai is a gorgeous host. She helps where she can. The place is so adorable and cozy. It is outside of the old town, but for me personally this is a big plus! It is quiet and I can't express in words how much I love the place and the people running it. Thank you for everything!!!! Nothing

Airport pick up was handy, Friendly and helpful staff, Super spacious room, Comfortable bed, Nice green spaces to sit, Tasty breakfast. Nothing in walking distance (but not too difficult to travel into the centre (use 'Grab' app) and the hotel also offer one free lift) Quite expensive compared to other places I've stayed Pool is small and totally shaded

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms are stunning. It’s a little further out from the centre, but a free car will take you wherever you want to go, so it doesn’t matter. Would 100% reccommend staying here ! :)

Excellent value for money. Spacious and clean with a nice pool area. Good breakfast for the money and free transfer into town / from the airport a very welcome extra. The standout feature was just how welcoming and kind the hosts were. They create a really happy atmosphere. Download the Grab app so you can easily get back to the accommodation. Grab rides are plentiful and cheap

This place is absolutely amazing, I can honestly say this have been one of the best hotels in Thailand I have been to! This place is so special because of the lovely family that is having this hotel and they are so friendly, helping you with a smile with everything, making amazing breakfast for you everyday. The chocolate pancaces were pur favourite.. ? The hotel was also so clean, beautiful and cozy. We loved it! We will be back here in the future when we come to Chiang Mai ?? Nothing

Property location make me feel so peaceful. Woke up every morning with the sound of bird. Staff very friendly. Nearest with airport and they also have service to pick up and send customer to airport. Service very good.

We have returned to this accommodation for the second time and it is for us the best we have found in the whole of Thailand. We love the staff here, who are so nice and have even driven us into town or to the airport every time. We gave the local gentleman the nickname Thai Johnny Depp ?, he always has a smile on his face and helps with everything. The accommodation is beautiful, clean and the linen smells like it was washed by grandma, we would love to come back again. Thank you for everything, you are the best in all of Thailand!
