Quiet and spotless boutique hotel/apartment with both short- and long-term rooms. Extremely courteous owner is always available by phone and very accommodating. Key card entry is 24/7. WiFi good. Room well-equipped with fridge, bathtub, and comfortable bed. Quick walk to great Santitham restaurants and a late-night food market. Would be nice if the bathroom had a bright light over the mirror.

We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, comfort of the hotel and especially the hospitality of the owner and his staff, who welcomed us as if we were guests at his home. Needless to say, the hotel is located in an excellent part of Santitham, which is our favorite part of Chiang Mai, with tons of cheap restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. We stayed on the top floor and although the hotel doesn't have an elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs, the view from our room was well worth it. Our room also had a kitchenette with a microwave and a large refrigerator, so it's suitable for long-term stays. There's also a 24/7 launderette right across the street which is a major plus. Our stay was too short.
