Nice hotel, value for money was Ok. Rooms are big and pretty maintained. Staff was mostly nice. Location is very far from everything.

My first time in Chiang Mai, and I absolutely love this hotel. The service is very nice and the facility is perfect. Highly recommended! A lot of reếtaurants and markets around.

The design and the chilling vibe The toilet has been with odd smell from the drainage which I really hate… Also, understand that the cleaners are hardworking to clean up rooms from morning, it did make noise to me…they were talking loud and noises were caused when they moved the furniture of other rooms

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. The pool area is lovely, plenty of seating and the sun hits the pool until the late afternoon. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Located in a great area, slightly further out of the main old city but only a 25 minute walk to the centre. Near to some great places to eat and the boxing stadium if you want to watch Muay Thai. Would highly recommend! The beds are very firm, but that’s personal preference. We got used to it after a few days.

The decor and design are modern. Staffs are nice and friendly. Bed is comfy. And there's a cafe just downstairs. Air conditioning noise is unexpected. It feels like the whole room is under vibration when the next room’s AC is working(?..) The location is not that great. It needs at least a 25 min walk to get to the Ninman area and takes the same time to the old town.

The pool and the surrounding area/lobby was great and relaxing The walls wear very thin. We had a room on the 4th floor next to the fire exit door which was kept open, we could hear the noise travelling all the way up from the bottom floor and also the conversations from the room next door

Modern and minimalist. Got basic facilities. Rooms are big as we have 5 and booked connecting rooms with 2 toilets. Cleaners made room very clean and no smell at toilet. Super helpful receptionist and recommended all our restaurants for dinner (premium or cheap ones) and where to shop for local stuff. Reasonably convenient grab 10-15 mins to old city centre. Street food within 5 mins walk. Lots of massage place around. Supermarket and convenient store within 5 mins walk. Nice coffee place nearby as well. Very quiet. No breakfast provided. No gym. No restaurants hence if we have a tired day and wanna chill at hotel. No choice must go out for dinner.

Everything was fully matching my expectations. Room lady very kind! Unfortunately, from the bathroom came a bed smell. They trid to "hide it" with some perfum, but I think the issue comes from the shower
