The location and being quiet. There was a missing part to the bathroom window and large spider that kept me company during my 4 days. Spider was friendly and someone to talk to.

Friendly staff Very run down, in an awful location that was difficult to get taxi’s from. Lots of hair in our bed and both woke up to feeling itchy, leaving us querying bed bugs. The air con was also extremely loud.

Good location and reasonable cost per night. It is not far from the place to eat. This hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes drive from the bus terminal and 15 to 20 minutes from the center of Chiang Mai. Without breakfast nor dinner for the cost of 400 baht, but only 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the left you will find a noodles shop and drive further for many restaurants. The hotel provides all needed basic facilitirs; private bathroom, wifi, fridge, television, etc.
