Great staff and good facilities

It was the first comfortable bed I had come across in Thailand. It was close to Bangkok Hospital so, a perfect location. Great vendors throughout the neighborhood. There wasn’t any breakfast and, most days, the coffee and cookies weren’t available. There was a bit of a musty smell that the humidity ‘drop’ setting on the air conditioner took care of. Walls are a bit thin but between the air conditioner and background sounds on my phone it was fine.

The facilities are good. The staffers are approachable. Breakfast is good. This is my second time around in this hotel. My first time around the shower drainage wasn’t work well. But my last stay, everything is so perfect.

Location close to Bangkok Hospital in Chiang Mai! Walking distance Shower drain was plugged. I was standing in a pool of water every time I got done showering. It eventually drained, like a half hour after the shower ended. I politely told the staff about it and asked them to fix it about 3 times. They said someone would fix it, and they even gave me approximate times that someone would come to fix it, but it never happened for the 6 nights I stayed there. Not acceptable. I was very busy with doctors appointments (and other issues) all week, so I didn't want the added trouble of changing hotels, so I just stayed there and put up with it. Everything else about the room and staff was good.

The WiFi required a login system and wouldn't work on some of our devices. Also, despite the walls and doors being stronger than most hotels in the country, there was a very annoying beeping sound that occured whenever someone was too slow to close their room door, so we heard loud beeping sounds constantly from the various rooms nearby. Also, not really the hotel's fault but a few rooms on our floor had children that kept running around screaming in the hallway until we asked them to stop.

New building and clean The wall is very thin so we can hear the tv from the other room then I cant sleep because of this

New and clean. Breakfast was good on 2nd day. First day was just watery porridge and toast. Internet was fast New staff still learning the ropes. They forgot to flush the toilet. Not good to see the last guest's urine. Bathroom doesn't have ventilation. Didn't take the time to label shampoo and body wash. Nothing major. I'm sure they will fine-tune everything.
