Servise at the restoran needs to be much better, and the hotel should be restored to its old glory

The breakfast choices were varied, room sizes big Tattered furniture, torn towels, ignorant staff, nothing nearby, it's a ghostly castle. If you don't have your own car, then the only possibilty of transport is app cab (grab). We tried to go to main street by walking, there are dangerous group of street dogs which attacked my child.

I stayed in one of the cabanas. Each cabana has a microwave and a small refrigerator. The property is located near good shopping including grocery stores and a mall. I have walked to several good restaurants that are close by. The bus station is down the road about a mile, and the train station about the same. Chiang Rai and Pia are only 3.5 hours away each. The pool and property are actively maintained and was always clean. The cleaning crew kept my room well stocked and clean each week (that's all I wanted) and were very helpful with other needs with the room. Hot water maker in each room with regular supply of coffee and tea. Also, I am walking distance to coin operated laundry services. I really enjoyed my stay I was regularly treated to birds singing and a beautiful garden like community area. It was beyond their control but there was alot of smoke in the area due to pre-planting farming activities.

The inviroment. The garden. The breakfast. They only clean the rooms 2times a week and do not give toiletpaper, not even one roll, when you arrived?There is no brooms available to sweep your own room.

It was very central. From 7-14 March, the room was serviced every day. toilet paper, coffee, and water was given every day. That is the reason why we booked there again from 25-3 April. They only serviced the room every Monday and Thursday and no water, toilet paper or coffee. I complained and they said they were not supposed to service the room every day from 7-14 March. It was a mistake. When we booked it wasn’t mentioned.

Very large room with sitting area as well as bedroom There’s a picture in the main listing of a beautiful in room stone bath. Be careful to check the actual room photos of the room you book as we thought we had this bath and didn’t. Quite far from main areas so need to get Songthaew. Hotel just felt a little tired.

good location. value for money. huge room, big comfy bed with super soft pillows & crisp sheets. Very friendly helpful staff. didnt sleep due to very loud street noises & air conditioning units running all night. needs double glazed windows.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurasia Hotel. The suite is very comfy and the staff installed for our kids 2 extra beds. The swimming pool near to the lovely restaurant is perfect. We had. lovely stay and we were supposed to stay 2 nights. At the end we stayed 1 week! -

room was very big picture very different to look of hotel. hotel had a strange feel about it I think booking the private bungalows would definitely be worth the extra money.

rooms needs some renovation. roof need to be clean. some kind of fungus was on roof and keep on felling in room. need some solution for insects. greenery is very nice. ACs are not working properly. AC was not working and i could not sleep well. i call several times to reception but no one came to fix the AC. we have one difficult night there.
