Good hôtel with some lacks. Room with 2 bedrooms was enough big with a nice living room. Swimming pool is nice with a bar to order some drinks. Atmosphere is nice and well decorated. No dinner, no service room. No Gym/fitness, that just not acceptable for the price and the standard of this hotel. Breakfast is not great for europeans, my opinion, more dedicated for asian people.

I like the room spacious and large parking areas They have no service at all. I come to lobby at 8 pm asking for plates and spoon to have dinner in our room but the staff said that restaurant is close so no plates no spoon. I come to lobby try to change some small notes but reception told me to go to 7/11 without offering any helps at all. They have good property but clearly they need to be trained as working in hospitality service.

Clean room and friendly staff Breakfast was not vegetarian friendly despite informing Hotel that we are vegetarian, food was tasteless. Location of hotel is not strategic. (will not stay here again). Staff although friendly, not helpful as unable to answer our queries.

Excellent place in Chiang Mai for a reasonable price; it is quiet but not far away from downtown I had to pay extra for early check in and late check out, no discounts

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The bed was big and comfortable. The honeymoon room didn't have a shower and only a tub. The location was not close to the main attractions. The pool didn't see much sunlight.

Amazing room, great pool, very modern Our room smelt of cigarette smoke very strongly. We asked for the vents to be sorted but it still stank.

Friendly staff, the hotel was clean and seemed maintained. I like that it was in a quiet location not too close to the center but close enough. I had my own car, so could drive to the nearest shopping center. And for travelers by train, it was relatively close to the station. There's a nice massage place nearby, a minute walk tops. I smelled smoke coming either out of the bathroom or air conditioner (couldn't tell because they're in close proximity). Unsure whether or not it was from a former guest who secretly smoked, though I didn't smell it the night before. It could have been from the adjacent room, but the hotel has a strict no-smoking policy. The breakfast selection could be better, and I didn't order room service because the menu was limited.

The hotel facilities were really great however the staff wasn’t really helpful. There was no clear communication on cafe opening hours or pool are opening hours. Every time I showed up at the area according to brochure in the room, everything was closed and staff’s answer was “oh well, it’s closed”. And it would be really great to communicate cafe opening hours clearly because after I got back from my day trip, I was super hungry and there is literally none restaurants around. That’s left a bit bad memory from the staying in the hotel.
