The hotel was right near the bus station, which was great since I just needed a place to stay the night before taking a bus to Pai in the morning. The check-in staff was very accommodating and friendly. Good location if you need to get up early. There was some misunderstanding about checking in that isn't really listed on their page. They sent me a message saying that I would need to pay extra if I checked in too late, which I understand, but I just told them bluntly "I'm not going to be doing that" and it wasn't mentioned again.

Location is very close to the bus terminal, just about 2 mins walk. I was charged 100 baht ($3.30 USD) for making a bathmat dirty. It was not a big deal.

I arrived around 1-2 am and they waited to accomodate me which was superb experience. The room is average and would appear to be like hostel instead of hotel which is totally fine because I stayed here as it's super close to bus station. It's like 5 cartwheels and you're there ? The dispenser of shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom is a bit dirty. They don't have elevators too so make sure to communicate with them in advance if you have big/ multiple luggage/s.

Early check in possible from 12 pm which is not common from other hotel.. The bed is not really comfy, a bit hard and uncomfortable

near the bus station and have bike rental service the receptionist doesn’t know much english, it’s hard to explain things. they also booked the wrong day for us. we told them to booked another room for night from 15 - 16, but they booked 14-15 instead.
