- communication skill of hotel’s officer ; lack empathy and politeness - parking lot is not proportionate with room number , I have to park my car on the street outside instead ☹️

Close to central festival mall. Price was good. Beds were hard. Drain in bathroom didn’t work. Water Pressure wasn’t great. Noisy doors and the echo of the halls made it noisy.

Good location. Close to Central festival Mall & Green Park Mall Room was clean & relatively new Staff was inflexible in early check. Though rooms were available staff insisted that check in was at 2pm. I had sent two messages several days in advance requesting for early check in but no response to online request - Mosquitoes in room. Also in friend’s room. - No lobby or meeting area; virtually no facilities

Great location beside Central Festival Mall . Proper desk with good lighting , good-sized fridge, all needed basic amenities are provided. Room is very well lit. Shower cubicle has no door, making the floor all wet.
