The staff were amazing. The facilities were on point. I will be back. I feel that if they reopen the on site restaurant it would make this the perfect hotel. Also the number of English speaking tv channels are very limited.

Staff were very friendly,the level of cleanliness was amazing . Couldn’t recommend this hotel more ! Location was a bit far from Chang mai central however you can get Grabs/Bolts which are relatively cheap and are very quick in dropping and picking up .

The property is clean, smells good throughout our stay. The pool is amazing and so are the staff. Only downside is there's no restaurant at the hotel, but you can order food online if you just want to stay in. We even extended one night just to chill at the pool and relax. It's a bit far from the old town but the quiet, relaxing vibe made up for it. If I can add a suggestion, the room needs hooks for hanging wet towels, clothes etc.

Modern Clean Large room Quiet Place Very spacious bathroom A bit far from old town where all the action actually is but bolt available easily and not very expensive. The room is very large and spacious. A sofa bed would be a great addition to the property.

Very pretty and modern Inconsistent hot water in the bathroom which made for uncomfortable showers. The pool gets little to no sun.

The room size is bigger than normal. Everything was spotless clean. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. It has a small gym, but it is good enough for most resistance and cardio exercises. The bathroom instant water heater was not stable. The temperature of the water fluctuated from hot to cold frequently during my shower.
