Cute property, awesome staff, and great breakfast. Having coffee and water available all day was a plus!

The staffs are super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is good with a good selection of bread , vegetarian and non-spicy meat dishes. There are free water bottles and snacks provided for the guests. Rooms are spacious and the appliances look new. The hotel is still remodelling and the majority of rooms on the 1st floor have a strong smell of paints and a little sewage smell in some bathrooms. The staff are very helpful and offered to change the room for us twice but the smell from paint in the room is still lingering in one of the rooms that we booked.

The staff was great. We eventually ended up staying in Ithapahe Hotel of the same chain and with same staff. They are very kind and helpful from the reception to breakfast, everyone was very kind, helpful and always smiling. 10 out of 10 to them!

A magnificent, very well-maintained hotel. We spent four nights at this hotel in March and were extremely satisfied. Check-in was quick and efficient. Room 310 is medium-sized, but the bathroom is adequate; it contains everything you need. There is a mini-fridge and a safe, and both the Wi-Fi and A/C work very well. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were even able to open a door leading to a small balcony—though the view wasn't particularly interesting; if you can, ask for a room with a pool view. There is also a small drying rack on the balcony, which is handy if you have a few items to dry. There are two chairs in the room and one on the balcony, so there is plenty of seating space. The bed was very comfortable. The only minor drawback is the limited number of power outlets in the room. There is also a lovely terrace and a nice swimming pool, though the water was quite cold during our stay. Nevertheless, it is an ideal spot to wind down and relax at the end of the day. The included breakfast offers a limited selection, but you will certainly be able to find something to your taste. A nice touch is that guests have 24/7 access in the lobby to bottles of cold water, bananas, and crackers. The hotel offers a laundry service at 90 THB per kg. This is convenient, but there is a local laundry shop just a one-minute walk away where the rate is 45 THB per kg—so the choice is yours. As for the staff, they are wonderful. They are always smiling and incredibly helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations whenever we needed them. A big bravo to the entire team—congratulations on your excellent work! I definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers. Laundry service is too expensive.

The room was clean and the property felt safe, which was really important for me as a solo female traveler. The staff were helpful and polite, and everything was as expected in terms of comfort and service. One downside was the breakfast — it wasn’t very vegetarian- or halal-friendly, but I appreciated that there were some fresh fruits available, which was a nice touch. There was also a coffee machine and free drinking water, which came in handy.

Careful when you book. A double room doesn't mean 2 beds it means one double bed. It's clearer on the hotels website than it is on the booking.com website so maybe best to book directly with the hotel.

the water in the bath room are not good, if the water temperature is ok ,the the water is too small. if the water comes out proper, then the water temperature was too high..... very difficult to use the bathroom.

Charming boutique hotel located in quiet neighborhood. Close to iconic landmarks, just a 5-10 minute drive or a 30-minute walk away. Few dining options nearby, varied breakfast menu each morning. Complimentary bottled water, a coffee, tea, and fresh fruit are available 24/7. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended

The staff were very nice—definitely one of the highlights of this hotel. Breakfast was good ?. As others have mentioned, the free unlimited water and coffee were a great touch. The location is excellent, especially if you're planning to visit Walking Street. The beds and pillows were super comfortable—we had a great night's sleep. We stayed in Room 105. I saw a previous comment saying it was too loud, but it was quiet during our stay. It probably depends on the other guests at the time. Ample parking is available, which is a big plus in the downtown area where parking can be hard to find. Nothing.

The hotel has 2 locations, we stayed at iSilver. Lovely hotel, clean, quiet location, 10 min walk to historic town and night markets. The breakfast was delicious and there was fresh fruit and coffee available all day in the dining area by the pool. Excellent value for the money.
