Quiet spot just outside the old city. <10min walk to the Chiang Mia gate where there's a little night market set up with food stalls every night. I wasn't there on a Saturday but understand that the street right outside the hotel turns into a 'walking street' on Saturday nights so that's worth keeping in mind if you'll be there on a Saturday (could be a bonus or a draw-back depending on what you're looking for) Very friendly staff. Decent-sized crystal-clear refreshing pool. Beds are very firm. Room and everything in it was clean. 'Dated', not western hotel plush, but you're not paying anywhere near western hotel prices The hallway could have used a sweeping and the towels - though clean - smelled of mold if you really pressed your face into them (so maybe just don't do that). The second of the two rooms I stayed in didn't seem to have anyway to actually plug in the minifridge.

The room was big, the pool was nice. Free bottle of water , AC worked well The bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor . We arrived at 1:40, check-in is at 2pm it was a little sill to make us wait 20mins for our room that was ready

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect. Saturdays right on the street is a Saturday Market with yummie food and souvenirs. Towels could be washed with a nicer washing powder. English communication decent.

It was essentially located and it also had the Saturday market right in front of the hotel on Saturday night. They have a great restaurant about a five minute walk which sells khao soi and it’s the best. The pizza place next-door is also really good! The pool is clean and a good size. Overall, I had a great experience and everybody is super friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was climbing up three flights of stairs. The beds are hard, but for the prize, it was a great deal! They did carry my luggage up the three flights of stairs.

Close to the old city, night market, and silver temple. Wonderful staff! Cute funky character of room decor. Good pool! Great value! I appreciated having my own balcony, but the view from there wasn’t very appealing.

The workers are super friendly and very accommodating. The location is very close to everything. Within 10 minutes of everything. Walking distance the saltwater pool is really nice. They even carried up my suitcase for me. Nothing but good things to say about this place. The beds are kind of hard, but that is throughout Thailand. I am noticing. But it does have air conditioning and the rooms are rather big and the bed is big.

I love that it was literally probably an eight minute walk into town. Great little location out of the hustle and bustle and they were super nice! I would highly recommend staying here! I had a nice big room all to myself and it was very reasonable Hardly anything to complain about the bed was a little bit hard, and I had to carry my suitcase up one flight of stairs.

It was a great stay! The hotel is located in a quiet alley nearby the Old Town and around 10min by taxi from the airport, which makes it very convenient for travelers. There is a temple at the end of the street as well. The hotel staff were always very nice and helpful, rooms were clean and equipped with AC and a fan and the breakfast was freshly made every morning. There's also a swimming pool and a pool table available for an extra fee. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay! Everything was great!

The room has a very bad rotten smell. So, I had to complain to the receptionist. She agreed that there is a smell. But she is a good staff and she changed me with a new room even on Christmas. But basically it was a downgraded to cheap room without balcony. Do depressed!!!

The room is a large room with lots of space big window and a small terrace. Staff were super friendly in there to help out whenever you needed anything.! The bathroom is in a really bad shape and smells absolutely terrible. We’re used to travelling in Southeast Asia and even for us It was a bit much. The bed and sheets were clean but not so much for the rest the room. The towels smelt very bad.

The hot water heater in the shower did not work. Icy cold water during cool season.

the room was spacious, beautiful view from the mountains, everything was clean and set up. everyday they provide 2 bottle of water, also in sunny days you are able to enjoy the pool. the smell of the towels, my shower only had cold water.

Doors can only be locked from inside, which means you have to slam it when you leave the room to have it locked. That means every time someone leaves their room, well you'll hear it.
