Sri Ngachang House

Not as advertised see pics, terrible check in 38mins! N i had to speak to owner in bkk im not interested in hearing sob stories i jus want room i paid for. Tv not work, balcony no chair, view of garden was 10ft fence 2ft from bedroom window. And owner nvr replied well did but deleted her 10 messages. Typical money grabber. Such a shame. When something is wrong...put it right! Not hide!

We had a great stay in this accommodation. It is situated just a few minutes outside the old town of Chiang Mai, which makes it the perfect place to escape the business of old town streets, yet great location to get everywhere. The accommodation is actually a big villa. This makes the rooms quite spacious and comfortable. The villa itself is very beautiful with lots of mirrors and decorations in the base floor. We slept really good and peacefully compared to other places in Thailand. AC worked perfectly well once we figured out the right program. The housekeeper was such a sweetheart. She made our stay super pleasant. Every morning she greeted us warmly and offered us some small Thai treats for breakfast even though breakfast was not included. Very charming lady. The owner of the villa came to say hi to us as well, and helped us with any questions. One day she left sandwiches and bananas for us as a gesture of kindness and helping us get the stomach full for our tour that day. Last but not least, we felt super safe ( even though I feel like safety is no issue overall in Thailand) as the front door is accessed only by a code and the door closes automatically every time you leave the accommodation. We liked it so much that we extended our stay with 3 more days- plenty to do in chiang mai. We had to ask for clean towls ourselves. If you didnt put the sign of clean my room outside the door, no new towls were provided. Nevertheless, once we requested towls, they were provided immediately. However, one minus point was the fact that during our 7 days stay the bed sheets weren’t changed for new ones. Other than that i would give this accomodation 10/10.

I recently stayed at Sri Ngachang and was really impressed. The service was top-notch, with staff who were both efficient and friendly. The place was spotless, showing they take cleanliness seriously. Plus, the location was perfect—close to everything you need. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth considering if you’re in the area. :) NA

Amazing staff! Such a wonderful hostess, so kind and friendly and helpful. Room really comfortable witb everything you need, a lovely little balcony. Would absolutely stay again, great value for money. Nothing.

Sri Ngachang is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower is strong with plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wi-fi is slow and intermittent No English speaking staff on site No shelving provided in bathroom for toiletries Housekeeping unplugs fixtures and appliances daily Climate control not used in common areas during hot season

Location is the best, close to Silver temple, canal, and shops. Mewa, the owner , is very nice, and if you're happy, she'll communicate with you at any hour via WhatsApp about any possible issue. We had very late check-in, and she supported us with clear instructions. No issues

Room was very nice and comfy bed. A very lovely boutique hotel The TV wasn't working and breakfast was pork porridge and I don't eat much Thai food so I didn't eat it. I would have loved some toast or an egg. There wasn't much going on in the immediate area. There was a wet market near the gate entrance. If you walk down there there a few temples and a couple of restaurants

Lovely small hotel near the silver temple and city walls. Everything you need is in walkable distance. Room is comfortable and everything works as it should.

The property is like a boutique hotel, with very well furnished rooms, and decorated in high taste. It is very clean and comfortable in all facilities.

It is very close to the Chiang Mai Gate in the old town, and there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel owner is very beautiful, kind and enthusiastic to provide the help I need. What is particularly surprising is that the host provides a variety of breakfasts cooked by herself every day, which are exquisite and delicious. We like it so much. We have extended our stay here and plan to come back for vacation every year.

Nothing. This is a ghost hotel. We never seen anybody on the reception. We stayed there for three nights. The hotel there were no staff. We paid for breakfast which we never get - even once. There was a girl in the kitchen but she didn’t understand anything, she was communicating with us via translator. We want money back for the breakfast for which we paid. It was a huge dissapointed. Few times we contacted the woman which number we found on the entrance, we told her couple of time abt the situation. She never responded. We liked NOTHING at all. Nice interior means nothing with this worst experience. NEVER RVER AGAIN! We just want refund for never served breakfast.

Attentive and helpful owner and staff. I would stay here again. The key card is needed to turn on the electricity in the room. Unfortunately this was quite fiddly and didn't always work.

Everything is very new and clean. The interior of reception is exceptional! The owner is super helpful and kind. The only recommendation is for a small shelf or table in the bathroom for more convenient hygiene and make up routine :)
