The room is clean and comfortable. it is a bit small if you are staying for 2 persons, but it was ok for me as 1 person. it is close to the Wualai walking street (on Saturday), and food market at Chiang mai Gate side ( where they have food available almost 24 hrs). it is easy to get around from there, and very close to the airport. I had pleasant and convenient stay there. the staff is very lovely and helpful. it is definitely value for money. On the other note, please note that there is no elevator in the building ( it is 4 storey building), so prepare for the walk on the stairs. you can request to the staff if you have trouble walking upstairs like me, i got the room on the second floor, which helps a lot. no.

Clean and decent room. There was a microwave on the 1st floor which was good enough as I wasn’t staying for a long trip. The location was exceptionally convenient. Very near to the night markets and the Old City District.

The hotel is really beautiful and great ubicated, just next to the river and everything is close by. Lucy working at the reception was such a bright and helpful person! He immediately reacted when there was something wrong with the door handle at our room and moved us to another room. I was feeling sick while staying there, and he was very concerned and supporting. He really is a gem ? there's a chill zone on the 1st floor of the hotel, where you have access to snacks. Really great choice to stay at while you're in Chiang Mai.

I loved the location, it was super close to markets and street food. I’m not very picky with hotels, so this was a great stay for me. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. The hotel staff was super friendly! There was no smoking on the balcony, but had an area out in front of the hotel.

A nice room it is right next to the old town wall and many sightseeing is a really close walk. The room was nice and spacious. I had a little balcony which is nice to hangout. The reception doesn't seem to be 24/7 but check in was nice and easy. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Although the floor was not much, it is not wheelchair friendly. Overall his is a nice hotel and would stay again.

Had a great stay at C hotel. It’s located just outside the old city, 5 minutes walking from it. The room was spacious and clean, and had everything I needed. A great value for money. Check-in and check-out were super easy and quick.

There is no help to carry luggage up the stairs Noise from other visitors Do not stay in room 204. Good location, walking distance to the centre of town. Good size family room with plenty of hot water. Clean and modern hotel. Lack of front desk staff and the single additional bed in our triple was incredibly hard.

Great location just outside old town; clean, modern. Sitting area on 2nd floor was nice but it got quite hot there in the evenings. Would have been nice to have seating in balcony to enjoy outside in morning and evening. Would have felt more secure with safe being secured in the room - it was a portable safe provided on request

Nice location, good big bathroom, cleaning every day and fresh bottles of drinking water. Very noisy, not soundproof. On the first night we could not sleep at all as there were construction works nearby from 10pm to 3am in the morning. Very little space for your luggage.
