It’s super strategic and located nearby Old Town. The owner is very kind and accommodating. Property cleaned up regularly. I extended 7 times and ended up spent all my Chiang Mai visit sleeping in this homestay. Water needs to purchase, but it’s not expensive.

I was in a private room and it was the largest accommodation I've had in awhile. The place was quiet, definitely not a social hostel but good for a place to sleep.

The boss is friendly the room toooo small, the toilet inside the room, it's bad smell and very noisy if someone go to toilet/ take a bath in the evening make everyone in the room cannot sleep.

Owner is AMAZING. Unbelievably clean - they give you new bedsheets and towels daily sweep the floors etc it’s immaculate. Very helpful and friendly owner. Amazing and peaceful location yet still in the heart of Chiang mai. Can’t recommend highly enough - this is the best place I stayed while in Thailand. Nothing

Really spacious room, very clean and a comfortable bed. The location was also very convenient being close to everywhere and quiet. Staff could’ve been a little friendlier.

The host and his family are really nice and always helpful! It's really great to see that they docare about you and I absolutely appreciate that! The room had everything we needed. The location was also great. I definitely recommend this place! They even had free sweets in case you got hungry :D Only The fact that I had to leave this place so quickly

Everything was great! The homestay is near from everything. A lot of possibilities to rent a motorbike in the center. The host was very nice and helpfull ! The room is big and I had everything that I needed. A beautiful and calm place, I loved my stay. Nothing :)

Affordable, clean, friendly staff, and centrally located. Communal space to prepare food, eat, or hang out. Nothing to complain about.

Good central location for old city. Has local Thai shops and food places to eat cheap local food esp for breakfast. There is local park few mins walk excellent to relax or if you want to work out has machines etc Nothing to complain about.
