Great location. Amazing pool. Really nice breakfast. Overall a good experience. The bathroom looked really outdated and rather dirty. The bed room is rather cramped.

You need to walk a little 10-20 minutes to get to main sites, but its okay if you like walking and grab its affortable

I love the location, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good, and it had all the basic amenities. I really enjoyed it overall and loved Chiang Mai! Nothing to complain about, the stay was great for the price you pay. Do watch out for the elevator doors, they close fast on you!

The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast wonderful, served already from 6 AM. The small swimmingpool was clean and beautiful.

The pool was small and limited seating, and after returning to hotel from being out for the day we found there wasn’t any seats left. So we a q uik cool off and then returned to outperform room. We would have liked to of been able to sit a while after our dip around the pool.

Thank you for the fresh fruit in our room for our engagement celebration. The hotel was so clean and offered a great breakfast early enough so we could enjoy it before our early morning tour pickups. The bed was comfortable and AC worked great. Would highly recommend.

The bathroom had a bit of a strong smell when we arrived, and there was no fan in there, but it did dissipate after about a day. The pool is not heated and gets little sun so it is very cold.

The staff were really lovely. The breakfast was great. The sun on the pool was very limited and loungers were just three so we did not get to enjoy time by the pool.

The Coffee machine was amazing!!! Was incredibly quick, and also tasted amazing. I loved that we could get coffee any time of day as well. We did see ants in the room, it was mostly in the bathroom. I could have done without that - but it did not rise to the level to mention to the staff.

Overall good location, on a quiet side street. It's clean and you get 2 bottles everyday per person. Very friendly staff - thank you Faye and First Bathroom a bit small and water from shower easily spreads on floor: small crack in balcony door

Great to be inside the old city, and this is such a cute and well designed hotel. The staff are very kind, the pool is cool and refreshing, and our room had a small balcony which we really enjoyed. No complaints!

We only stayed here for a night, but we had a nice experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is buffet type with good options. Our room had an inside window leading to the hotel corridor. The light of the corridor is constantly on, which was a bit annoying during our night sleep, even though the window had some small courtains.
