The Breakfast buffet was very nice and delicious with a good selection. The ladies serving were friendly . The room was a fair size, had a good bathroom , was and the air conditioning was good. Location was excellent , close to everything in walking distance . The room was not noisy .

Great location, friendly staff. Those are the main reasons I stayed here for about 6 weeks. 5 minutes walk to NightBazar, to Tha Phae Gate, to Loi street, to old town. Everything is walking distance. Staff are very helpful and friendly and they all speak good English. The rooms can use an upgrade like new window curtains and shower curtains.

    Location was great Nothing

This is a cheap room located close to Loy Kroh road, the room is large, spacious, with dark wood throughout and weak lighting. The bed was large, firm, and I slept well on it. My room was second floor, closest to road, right next to elevator and it was quiet all night. It also has a fairly large balcony on it with a small couch I booked for two nights and left after one. The WiFi did not work the entire time I was there. I was not going to stay somewhere with no WiFi. If this does not matter to you then this hotel is a decent option. There is an nice French restaurant next to it and cheaper options nearby.

It’s in a good location, quite near to the ancient city. It’s really really old. Everything is like from the last century. There is mold on the bed sheet and quilt, and the staff promise us to change but they didn’t. The actual situation about the hotel is VERY DIFFERENT from the pictures. Everyone should check the google reviews recently before you order.

Friendly staff. Nice pool. The breakfast was a small buffet and could have done with a few more options but was ok. There are plenty of food and laundry options nearby. With a bit of effort this could be a nice hotel. Hotel is getting tired and needs refurbishing, it is also a 10-15 minute walk to the night bazaar.

Great location, there were lots of nice restaurants nearby. The night market is very close so there is plenty of shopping. It's close to 2 Thai boxing stadiums and several entertainment venues. The breakfast was okay, but the food on the buffet was cold when I went through.

Great location Getting tired, need to sort out the hot water showers

I did a late check in at 10:00 pm and ended up leaving at midnight to walk and search for another hotel. It smelled like pee in the room. The shower curtain was so moldy. I told staff about the conditions and they apologized saying it was a “very old” hotel. However it could have at least been clean. Please listen to all the reviews coming from a 30 year old solo traveler. It’s not worth it!!!

Location, staff and good service ?

Nice pool outside and chill downstairs area. Nice little bar out the front. Free breakfast included in our stay (though we only ate the yoghurt & you do have to pay for the “good coffees”) it’s definitely a “value for money stay” so be aware of that when booking as you are getting what you pay for. The older Male member of staff that’s on the front desk was always so kind and helpful and wanted to do what he could to help. Laundry literally right next door to the stay. Furniture in rooms is old and outdated. Bathroom floods when you shower into toilet area. We where sure our bed or room either had bed bugs or mosquitoes. Despite using multiple sprays multiple times a day I would wake up covered in tonnes of bites - The internet on floor 2 did not work the whole time we where there. So had to use the lower floor wifi which meant it was awful. We had to sit downstairs to work from our laptops when we needed the Internet. It’s on a street of about 12 massage parlors in which you are constantly heckled by the people that work there on a daily basis if you walk down the street. Often at times when working in the common area, or sitting out of the front certain members of staff came across as completely obnoxious as they would Stomp around shouting at their phones or each other.

The breakfast is okay, nothing crazy.

The hotel is just below average. The staff are okay they do their job but don't feel like they care if you are there or not. I was at check-in and stood there before asking the lady that we were to check-in instead pointed to a sign that said "check in at 2:00pm" and this is at 1:00pm. Usually most places allow you to check in early but that was no problem. They had a place to place our stuff while we waited in the lobby. Once we checked in the room was spacious and a decent view of the neighborhood. Breakfast was okay, when an item was out (example watermelon) we had to ask the ladies if they can restock more and seemed bothered doing it also note this is about an hour before breakfast ended. Also coffee is 20 baht a cup but not sure if that was a suggestion or more of a tip bases. They do have other services like scooter rentals and a bar by the reception, cannot say how good those services were. There is a few bars and markets near by. Overall the location and room is decent but can improve on staff services from our experience.

Our recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately a very unpleasant experience due to consistently poor service and lack of basic hospitality standards. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were unprepared and unfriendly. Our arrival was not pre-checked, and the staff attitude was grumpy and unwelcoming. Food & Beverage service was extremely disappointing. Breakfast was of poor quality and the buffet area was dirty throughout our stay. The lady ( supervisor) with spectacles on the morning shift was especially rude, showing no interest in guests. She continued using her mobile phone while we stood in front of her, and we had to wait until she finally decided to give us attention. Yoghurts were not chilled properly and were often left out at unsafe temperatures, which is unacceptable. Staff kept asking for our room number every morning, even though we stayed for two weeks. This shows a lack of attention and care. Buffet items were rarely refilled unless requested, and ants were regularly spotted on the plates at the buffet counter. One male staff member was seen using the same broom to sweep the floor and then wiping the table surface with it , this is extremely unhygienic. Overall, the staff appeared lazy, unfriendly, and careless, creating a very unpleasant environment for guests. This was one of the worst service experiences we've encountered, and it definitely fell far below even the most basic expectations for hospitality.
